If he's court appointed your screwed. Has the rudest paralegal try have just a short conversation that's necessary on the phone very unprofessional. And if you need a appeal done stay away from them

Seems caring and willing to help. I wasn't a client. Therefore I cannot give a thorough evaluation.

Disclaimer: Did not work with this office. Called to find out if they could take my case. Was told I would have to pay a $50 consult fee just to speak with an attorney to see if they could take my case. We could save both parties a lot of time if we could just speak for 5 minutes on the phone to determine if this office could help me. If not, then we haven't wasted both of our times and some of my money. So, based on that, I would recommend calling another office.

I've used Kevin for other issues in the past. Wills, estate planning, business start-up guidance and assistance, etc.
This last case was an employment issue. He was very informative, used a strong network of attorney connections to solve the problem. Plus he is very respected around the court house.
I would say, "he listens better than anyone I've ever seen".
Most attorneys employ a "used car salesmen" approach trying to convince you to spend money and higher them. Not Kevin, he will listen carefully and give you an honest opinion on your case.

Good attorney

In a word - INTEGRITY. I needed legal help to resolve a 10 year old on-going issue. I could not afford the standard industry fee, and had endured years of legal agony as a result. Mr. Willhelm offered a fee structure that made an impossible solution POSSIBLE for me. As the process evolved, it became evident that the scope of work was greater than he anticipated, yet, to his own hurt, he honored his price, without ever asking for a dollar more, or diminishing quality. He completely resolved my issue. Because I don't know the legal process, the way I answered one question in a hearing, inadvertently (and wrongly) cast a negative image on his professional reputation. Despite suffering financial loss, and a possible diminishing of his professional reputation, he remained faithful to, and honoring of his terms. He exemplified Psalm 15:4 of being a person "that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not." I found him to be a man of integrity, who had every good and legitimate reason to alter the terms of an agreement, yet stayed to course.

Horrible i had given him everything to get my fiances probation reinstated (1st revoke) and he agreed with the DA!!! There was so much information he was given and he didn't use any of it...The worst unprepared atty i have ever seen whatever u do don't hire him as your atty and if he is your court appointed may the force be with u i would give a half a star if i was able he must've stayed up to late at the strip club he owns

Kevin isn't even a good lawyer for court appointed cases. Do not waste your money on this clown.
Once you pay all you hear are excuses from his extremely rude paralegal as to WHY he can't return emails or calls. Doodles during trial, doesn't represent clients well, IF he bothers at all...Kevin is a complete moron and would not be a good choice to hire for any reason.
A year later...still issues from this office NOT DOING WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO!

Very Informative, Real Nice Guy

I've known Kevin for a number of years and he is wonderful. He handled my case and is one of the most caring attorneys regarding his clients. He is a just man, and an honest man. Kevin is also a Godly man and he cares a lot about this community
You don't HAVE to actually "get ahold of him" every time you call once he's taken on your case either, because his paralegal Amy, is as SHARP as they come and there is NOTHING she cannot handle.. If there's an absolute NEED for you to speak with or come in and see Kevin again, trust me, that appointment WILL be set up... But many times people think they have to only meet with Kevin or nothing is going right... And that's far from reality - - I wouldn't trust my business to anyone else... I can count the number of attkr I trust on LESS than one hand.. Kevin is one of them... He is honest, and you'll never have to worry about him running a game on ya like most others of these who slip a few back door deals.. It's not in him... You simply can't find a finer man.

Used Kevin to get an occupational license. Charge way too much. Couldn't get ahold of him after I payed. Took me over a month to get my license from him. Then I had to go to judge myself to get it fixed. Total waste of money and time.
