I was represented by Greg Allen in a personal injury. I would not recommend. I was told I would be getting back a lot more money than expected. I was told that he would take money out of his cut to make sure I got a fair amount back. When all was said and done with $130,000 I was only expected to get back 8,000 I had to forgo some medical bills to make sure I got a decent amount back. He was paid $40,000 of that $130,000. I feel he didnt fight for me to get the maximum amount back. He didnt want to sue the people that hit me because she was an old lady and her husband was retired military. He stated they had no assetts to which I dont 100% believe. All he did was negotiate my medical bills down by half, some of which weren't even paid because if I had I'd receive back next to nothing. Most of the work was done by paralegal. He was hard to reach and also had no idea what was going on with my case most of the time. My life is forever changed because of this and I feel when all was said and done thats things were not right. We initially chose him because he had a high peer review rating and we wanted a good lawyer but please if you need a personal injury lawyer look into someone else.

Our case took 3 years to complete. This can happen on a wrongful death case when the insurance company refuses to pay.
