This law firm only handles county and state cases. No US Federal law cases accepted. If you need help with a Federal case make sure you fully explain before making an appointment. Receptionist initially told me they could help with a Federal case. I drove 55 miles to my appointment only to find out they don't handle Federal cases. Better just to try a major city like Ft. Worth, Dallas, Austin or San Antonio for help with your Federal case.

I have personally found through my extensive experience with Mr. Randy Wilson that he is a very outstanding attorney of high morals, intelligent and very knowledgeable. Mr. Wilson represented me with several cases and never faltered and was there, start to finish. Mr. Wilson is an honorable man, knows his business and I would highly recommend him regardless of the nature of your case. He will not take a case if he does not think he will win. He does not gouge and hold you up as many attorneys do. I must say, if you need an attorney that will fight for you, be fair to you and win for you, Randy Wilson is that attorney. Charles Camp

I hired Randy to represent me in a child custody case in Abilene. I also live out of the state. With only about a months notice I couldn't have had it any better. Randy is very professional and I am sticking with him! I've never met an attorney on a Sunday afternoon until now. I highly recommend!
I met Randy Wilson for the very first time in mid-September of 2011, and from that day to this, I have come to regard him as a true professional and gentleman and I hold him in the very highest esteem. Our relationship has been of a serious and legally significant nature as he defended our daughter against a felony criminal charge. The outcome of her case was not what we had hoped and prayed for, but the efforts of Mr. Wilson and his associate counsel, Kristen Postell, could not have been handled with more passion and determination. Randy is a terrifically talented and highly experienced lawyer, a very interesting person, and a true believer in individual freedom and justice for all. No one in the courtroom, when sentence was handed down for our daughter; save my wife and I, was more devastated and suffered deeper emotional loss, on a very personal level, than he did. I would recommend Mr. Wilson, without reservation, to anyone needing legal counsel. You will not find better representation nor a finer human being than this man.

Randy Wilson is the best criminal defense lawyer you will ever meet. Like everyone else on this journey through our life on earth, he doesn't win every battle but his losses are never caused by a lack of effort or dedication to his clients best interests and desired outcomes. My husband and I retained Mr. Wilson and his associate, Kristen Postell, to defend our daughter in a felony case which, sadly, could not be won, but they were successful in obtaining a "cap" on the sentence under very demanding circumstances. I feel truly blessed that we were able to have Randy defending our daughter in this case. His experience as an attorney and counselor was very comforting and reassuring during the seemingly interminable delays that lasted nearly two years. He was so devoted to our daughter's case that he actually cried when sentence was pronounced on her. Randy Wilson is a really effective and professional attorney and a kind, loving person who would go to any length to defend his clients. He believes in justice and he believes in an America that champions the individual rights and freedoms on which our great country was founded. He walks the walk!!!

I would highly recommend Randy Wilson if you need a good divorce attorney. I haven't work in 16 years because my husband wanted me to raise our kids. Randy's incredible work on my case has gotten me child support and spousal maintenance for 3 years. I was having a hard time finding a job because I don't have the computer skills and experience to get a job. I'm now able to go back to school so that I can find a job. Again, I recommend hiring Randy if you need a good lawyer.

Everybody knows how the lawyers and the prosecutors in this town 'play cards' with people needing criminal defense attorneys. None made it more obvious then Mr. WIlson that he was in debt to the DA this go around. He was rude, he was careless, disrespectful, and above all never once gave any sort of reinforcement to us. My boyfriend is in jail on an MTR for his first offense, it's been almost 2 months and we've been asking about a bond the entire time and only days before his first court heaering did mr. wilson say 'i didn't realize you wanted a bond set'. DUH!! he's only been to the jail 2 times to speak with my boyfriend (keep in mind he is not court appointed, we paid good money to have equal representation) both times he was degrading, not to mention yelled at him and rudely said to him 'you're going to prison son, and you WILL give me the name of your drug dealer'. what?????? this is his first felony, or drug charge of any kind, and he couldn't even get him a lower offer then the max 2 year sentence. now he's still sitting in county in max security for no reason. on a 2 year state jail MTR. NO COMMUNICATION from randy wilson whatsoever!!!
