You guys are ridiculous. Will be calling 24/7. When someone want to settle debt and move on - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU! Got letter proposing settlement, Wasted 2 days of calling!!!! 2 days - unable to speak to no one!!!I wonder why even you have been chosen as a debt collector or law rep! I will definitely report you guys to the bank.
They are helpful over the phone if you actually get someone on the phone. Most likely than not, you will not get anyone to answer.
The automated phone system they have is a joke.
They also seem very disorganized.

Waited on the phone for 32 mins before someone answered... I asked my question and the answers were kind of shady... can’t take payments online, wanted a email confirmation... they send out a letter through the mail... and NO website!!! Can’t get any information about my account. Don’t feel right about this company!!!

I had a hard time getting a hold of someone or anyone calling me back. I got online and found another number, and thankfully, was transferred to a real person. I addressed my concerns and was assured that someone who could help me would call me back within the hour. 30 minutes later, someone did and they were great. They assured me that they are currently in the process of hiring more people and apologized for the long hold times.

Tried to settle a debt with them for 4 months. Was NEVER able to get anyone on the phone (tried 3 times and held for over 1 hour each time) and emailed 4 times over a 2 month period. No response ever. Their strategy is not to reply so they can take you to court to get a judgement against you for the full amount (instead of settling the debt for a lesser amount) and either garnish your wages or freeze your bank account.

These ppl are no help, automated system is horrible, even my Siri sound more real and helpful. Been on the phone for over 45 minutes and nothing , obviously it's a 1 person office. Michael Allen Moss is the only person there besides the receptionist. How is this possible being a lawyer and can't afford more employees. Trying to sue ppl for what they have even if they have nothing. How can you collect from a dead person. Really bro, seems like your just hungry for money and that's the reason why you have such bad reviews. It's incredible the lengths money hungry non helpful selfish individuals will go. I would have given 0 stars but that's not an option or even negative starts

Horrible. Dealing with my grandmother's account , and their service is horrible! Wait on hold for over an hour every time I call, even to just make payments!! Refuse to work with customers. They sure were quick to sue my 85 year old grandmother though.

The number you call to make a payment is comical. I left a voice message the first time and was never called back. Left my number in the que after sitting on hold the second time. Still haven't been called back. News flash... If your call volume is so high that people can't get through to make payments maybe you need to increase the amount of people working there in order to meet the demand.
