He was able to help us fill out all the forms and even made sure he saved us money by submitting all the forms together. He was quick to answer any questions we had, I do not think we had to wait more than a few hours after sending an email before we received a reply. He set our expectations very realistically and had clear and reasonable pricing. Explained very well all the documentation we would need and was able to provide examples if we were not clear.
Jae filed for us in February of 2018 and my husband received his 2yr pr by August of 2018 (apparently this is common for those not married for very long ). We know we were partly lucky to receive the card so soon but I also think we also were aided in our paperwork being very well put together and having all the evidence put together so well. We fully plan to use his services again when we need to renew the card in the future.
