From the start i got told the case was going to be a difficult one and indeed it was. Started in 2012 with DACA and was able to continue renewing DACA, my last renewal was 2019 Jan even though i was fighting to get my Green card not my DACA i still needed something to hack me up incase i got denied. I am from Edinburg Tx i only saw mr jang once in the entire process and this was a couple weeks before my forst interview with immigration i will admit after that meetig i broke down i was terrified i could be arrested and deported maybe if my DACA didn’t get to me on time and my green card was denied. I didn’t want to continue the process but after so many years i just had to get it done, so i did. I went to my interview unfortunately I had to go back second time but it got cancelled my my immigration officer but the third time i did go and after the interview i got told to wait for an answer. Days later Mr Jang called me to tell me the amazing news that i had been accepted, the relief and happiness that i felt can not be put into one sentence. I do believe i put my case with the best immigration attorney i know because i had gone to others and was told i would never be able to become legal in USA if i tried anything i would be deported even though i already had my DACA. If you have been told No then I recommend you contact Mr Jang you wont loose anything and Mr Jang is very straightforward which is great no matter is bad or good news that way you know whats coming. Mr. Jang was very knowledgeable, meticulous and good with his work. I applied to have conditions removed on my green card and it was a tricky case. My case was approved. He always swiftly and patiently answered all my queries. Above all, I found him to be genuinely helpful and a good human being.

The lawyer took one look at our "case" and judged us from the beginning. Asked if tattoos were gang related and said there was no way we could stay in the U.S. we were devastated and almost lost hope. Went to another lawyer for second opinion and 6mos later... pardoned and have working papers without leaving the country. This lawyer doesn't know the law or how to truly help people. Do no recommend.
