I retained Ms McSwane to handle a divorce in 2015, paid and settled the matter. I again contacted her by telephone for advice prior to a planned marriage to discuss legal ramifications on inheritance and SSDI in 2017. In 03/2019, Ms McSwane agreed to represent my ex in pleading not guilty to charges of assault and battery of a household member brought by the county. Ms McSwane and this office have no problem with conflict of interest and will turn on you after you pay your bill if it means more billable hours for them. These actions added another layer of stress to a situation that was already incredibly difficult for my family.

I delt with my situation myself and told her I didn’t need her anymore. I signed the papers and the judge and lawyer signed the papers releasing her. It’s been over a month they won’t respond to my emails and haven’t refunded my money. I gave them 3,000 for nothing

Attorney Mcswane is a thief. She ripped us off with $5000 and wanted more after seeing had not done anything.My brother is still in jail. And she had not filed anything for him. Second he's case for 7 months and didn't do nothing. Postponed.. Postponed. Sell out....
