Real Estate licensees be prepared for limited schedule availability and the chance of having to re-take the State portion again. The availability to take an exam is far and few between. When I scheduled my 1st attempt, they only had 2 locations with a few dates available, but only 2 times at each. So I went to Tempe. Took FOREVER to check in! The exam's questions were quite tricky and worded strangely. Passed the national, failed the state, as many do. Some as many as THREE attempts! I went online 24 hours after (have to wait 1 day to reschedule for whatever reason). On Oct. 11th, there were the 3 locations with only ONE day available at each. Tempe on Oct. 12, Dunlap on Oct. 26, and Chandler on Oct. 18. So, I drove 18 miles to Chandler. The check in was MUCH smoother. Both TAs were professional and polite. Facility was clean and easy to find. Plenty of parking, and even a Dunkin Donuts in the same area. You DO have to pay the full $75, even if you're taking half of the exam, and there's no way around it (for the real estate exam, unsure about others). Best of luck!!!!

This place is the nicest testing center I have used in the Valley. Pretty small with about 13 desks all along the wall. The staff are very thorough with ensuring you know the rules and do not have contraband. Parking is supple, but I went on a Saturday. Not sure how a weekday parking.
I took my GMAT here and they acted very professionally and tight on rules. I felt like you could feel the stress from other people here but the people that helped me get situated for the test were pretty chill. Would give 5 stars if they provided snacks. For $250 test, it's the least they could do.

Took my real estate test here and had a great experience. They take the testing very seriously so make sure to follow all the rules on your paperwork prior to your testing. The offices were nice and clean and in a convenient location near the 101 and 202 freeways.

The wait for my test was lengthy. When it was my turn to sign in, I was informed I had the wrong calculator. I questioned the policy, and the woman at the front was quick to contact the help center to confirm the policy and answer my questions. She allowed me to leave and go to Walmart to get a different calculator, the I returned to take my test. It was a frustrating morning (my own doing), but the staff was helpful.

Ladies in the front are unfriendly but the ones that make sure you don't cheat and make you pat yourself down are nice people.

I called to ask a question about the exam I am taking and before any words could come out of my mouth, Connie on the phone said "hurry up we are busy". I have never had worse costumer service than I just had. Connie did not provide her name in the greeting so when I called back another lady answered and gave me her name so I can speak to the manager. Honestly I don't care about what you have going on around you, you do not speak to people in that way.

Very clean, in a good part of town. Lots of things to do before testing to kill time. Various stores in the area.
