I would give a zero rating if there was that option. Brian Weekley is a terrible attorney and does not have your best interest at heart. His communication skills are awful and he is doesn't follow through with what he says he is going to do. Mr. Weekley is just in it for the money, he couldn't care less about his clients.

This place is ridiculous! Never got any call backs with my case. I had to call them everytime. They didn't have all my information at all before going to court! When I called in and mind you they never called to update me I found out they were missing info and needed it before court. Found this out a few days before my hearing. Charles Wilmer was one of 2 people that worked my case. I was never told my lawyer changed. I found out when I called in and they couldn't find my lawyer. The receptionist then told me oh it looks like your lawyer changed. It was very frustrating. Charles Wilmer didn't even have my information when he met up with me right before my hearing. When I first met with him about 2 months before my hearing he didn't have my info with him, he didn't act like he cared, didn't know the background to my case, and was very short with answers. He told me before my hearing that I was probably not going to win my case due to my age. He also lied to my wife when she asked him if they had all my info from the hospital. He then proceeds to tell my wife day of the hearing that they in fact did not! Rude! This company is very lazy! They were also supposed to contact the judge after the case due to the missing info. They never did! They never provided the judge any info about the medical records. Complete waste of time!

I was with these guys for a year and 3 months. Nothing's been done on my case and they're horrible at keeping you up to date with your case. I messed my back up and had a hernia repair which still hurts and I'm being told by another lawyer right now that they waited way to Long for everything and that they sloshed my whole case up. I totally agree which is why I'm sitting with another workers comp lawyer right now. I've done all the work on my case by talking to the doctors faxing parties involved, emailing everyone involved endless driving to appointments an calls and snow carpio hasn't done more than 5% of the work by just showing up to 1 hearing in a year and 3 months!!! Complete waste of time! Dennis kurth and Bonnie west failed me & now I suffer a set back! I already have injuries to deal with on the daily basis & 2nd surgery coming up. Dennis didn't put up fight and treated me like I didn't exist. I have learned my lesson. Worker's comp cases are tough & cruel. I can't speak about the other lawyers. Its possible they can help you and they very well might be as good as others proclaim. For me- this cost me Time I didn't have. Major Disappointment!
