Too many people in charge running things based on personal agenda rather than business efficiency.

Didn't make it out of training because i was told that i asked a lot of questions and was also told that its annoying whenever she needed to repeat herself by the trainer and the training is confusing because it contradicts itself all the while being set up to fail, beware of Rachel she may seem nice but comes with two faces #epiqfail

Jason is a liar. I was released last Thurs., and was told by Jason check would be available to pick up today. When I went to pick up my check he straight up lied and said he never said that. The whole team seems to have issues with older workers, heard MANY side comments from trainers and leads about older workers not catching on and was even called a "dinosaur". Toxic, unprofessional, organization. Glad im away from there and wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy. Aubriona is the only decent one there.

Management let me go for reporting a supervisor being disrespectful toward me & our employees, this job is a joke and leads train you. They have no real trainers to teach you anything. I would give this company 0 stars. Don’t recommend working here to anyone.

Not a place of transparency, you are giving three days of training and the trainer was not even prepared, nor was she resourceful. It make wonder how she obtain her position. ,

This is not your standard call center.

This is a third party legal company that handles calls for OTHER big and small companies who have breached their customer's information, are in a lawsuit with many of their customers, or who are refunding their customers for their bad business practices.

Their largest client is Wells Fargo, the southern half of the main building. If you are hired as a phone agent for Wells Fargo CPI, you are lucky and get paid more. You will also enjoy a bit more clout at work. This is because you only handle one case and you are paid $15/hr. Bilingual agents are $16/hr. The leads and supervisors here are the Cool Kids, and they make sure to let all those on the other side of the building know.

The north side of the building facing Elwood is called Multi-case. This means you handle anywhere from 5-200 different cases from different companies. Your job is much more challenging, but you aren't paid as much. You won't be as well esteemed, and that's because you are paid $13/hr. You may even handle some Other, smaller Wells Fargo cases, but you are still only paid $13/hr.

When Adecco brings you in, they say you will make $15, meaning Wells Fargo CPI agent. But they can't actually guarantee that. You're odds are roughly 50/50. The turnover here is high. A 'seasoned' agent has been working there for 6 months.

To get hired, You basically just show up to the Adecco office, have a pulse and pass a breathalyzer drug test. It's not rocket science.

Training is minimal, sink-or-swim style. You get 2-3 full days of training by a very pleasant young woman who has actually never been an agent on the floor. She will spend a good deal of time on her computer and cel phone texting Supervisors for answers to your questions. Your training does not include Y-connecting with seasoned agents. You won't be given a reason for this. You have to read from a script word-for-word, and it is prepared by lawyers. You will be scored regularly and within a day. Pat yourself on the back if you manage to pass, which is over 75% for Multi-case and I think 85% for Wells CPI. After all, you were barely trained.
