As a fellow colleague that practices only in family law, I appreciate Francisco's knowledge and aptitude in the world of wills and trusts. Francisco remains my "go to" guy for assistance with these issues. Many of my clients have retained Francisco and have been extremely impressed, not only with his legal services, but him as a person.

Disappointed. Apparently the free consultation is simply discussing high level information with the individual on the phone, who offers zero legal advice. Met with one of their attorneys to interview them for a probate and was charged $125 for the hour long strategy session but told if I chose to not use the firm this money would be refunded. After interviewing 3 different attorneys I chose a different firm. I emailed the attorney at Keystone of my decision, since I wanted it in writing. No response, but two days later I received a phone call to see what my decision was from someone other than the original attorney. I explained I had chosen another firm, that I had emailed their attorney with no response, and would like them to refund my $125. They said, no that was the fee for the strategy session, which as far as I was concerned was just a high level consultation. No action items were prepared, no real detailed strategy was developed.

I will not recommend this firm and will let others know of my experience.

Before my folks passed away, Francisco helped them put together their Living Trust. As the co-trustee, I was assured he he would be available when I needed him. After they both passed away, I came to him asking for guidance. Francisco walked me through what I needed to do and helped me set up a timetable for each step. He was understanding and patient when I took too long to get documentation to him; he is very knowledgeable and explained things over and over to me when I was confused by some detail. We have had a great experience with Keystone Law Firm. The best attribute has been the level of communication. They kept us informed throughout the process od creating a restated Estate Plan. They broke it down into pieces so that you get the information in amounts that you can absorb. They also followed up with a phone call after the completion just to see if we had any questions! We also like the annual update process to be sure we are keeping up with current laws. I recommend them to everyone.

My review from two years ago (see update below): I contacted Keystone Law to prepare legal papers for my father (a trust, power of attorney etc.). My elderly father (90) was very comfortable with Francisco. Francisco was very respectful, but also he made it clear that my father had to make some very important decisions about the trust 's beneficiaries. Francisco walked him through the decision process and most importantly he made it clear that he worked for my father and made sure that the trust met my father's wishes. The package Francisco offered was very reasonably priced and also quite complete. So I was impressed. But it was Francisco's office ability to deal with the unexpected that really impressed me. We found it necessary to expedite the process due to my father's illness. They quickly responded and made everything happen with very short notice; something other law firms aren't very good at doing. Because of them, everything was completed in time and we are extremely satisfied. But the story continues. Now that I'm the trustee, I count on their continued support to meet my responsibilities. Michelle, an associate attorney, has been there to help me with every detail. My out-of-state investment advisor needed some documents and I gave him Michelle's contact information. Once I confirmed that she could release documents to him, she did it immediately. My investment advisor told me that Michelle was one of the best trust lawyers he's dealt with in terms of providing documents and answering questions in a very timely manner; once again not very common with other law firms. Overall, we all are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, their ability to respond to problems rapidly, and their follow through. Great lawyers like those at Keystone are a bargain in the long run!

An update after 2 years with Keystone Law: first, my dad is still doing well, all things considered. Over the past 2 years I have counted on Keystone to provide advice and guidance with respect to my father's trust twice. Both times they were very responsive and provided solid information. It's very comforting to have the folks at Keystone always available as a resource to ensure the integrity of the trust. Because of these experiences, when my wife and I wanted to develop our own trust that better reflected changes in our lives we immediately went to Francisco. Our trust is now in place and not surprisingly everything went smoothly and we are delighted with the result. We worked very hard for our money and our trust ensures that it goes to meet our needs as we age and eventually those of our family.

I refer to Francisco for many of my Probates and Guardianship. His office is knowledgeable with issues that come up with these situations

Horrible communication with clients and others. Unethical. Michelle Dexter is horrible attorney. Would fire her if I had my money from my moms trust.

Firm contracted for difficult Estate situation, they were incredibly patient and kind during the process. Other circumstances interrupted my focus and Keystone personnel were always understanding and gentle in re-starting process. I can't say how much this is appreciated in difficult circumstances!

Just this last week, my completed Trust and Will was delivered. I can not say enough nice things about Keytone Law Firm. They have so much knowledge, they truly care about the job the do and they made me feel comfortable about all my decisions. It is like you are one of them and there is not a "dumb" question. There was no rush yet it seemed to be completed very quickly. They are INCREDIBLE.

Trash lawyers, they will promise you everything, but end up not meeting up to any of their standards. They take days to communicate, miss deadlines, and create horrible excuses. If you're looking for a law firm to dump money into, do all the work, and loose the case due to their incompetence, you have come to the right place!

I referred my mother to Francisco Sirvent at Keystone Law Firm, for her divorce case. Francisco said that he hired a family law attorney who has 10 years of experience and she will help us with the case.

Susan Pintel, the family law attorney, missed a MAJOR deadline for exhibits and witnesses. Mrs. Pintel verbally agreed with both my mother and I during our initial meeting that as long as we give her the list of witnesses and exhibits by the end of the day on Monday, then she will file them. Mrs. Pintel did not file the documents as promised. After asking Mrs. Pintel about the missed deadline, she responded with, "there was a lot of moving parts." Mrs. Pintel, and Francisco Sirvent both said that missing the deadline for Exhibits and Witnesses would "not be a big deal." That's horrible to hear from a law firm.

After more delays and failures to communicate from Keystone Law Firm, and a shady request for more money after never receiving monthly invoices as promised, my mother fired Keystone Law Firm.

Fast forward to trial, and the "not a big deal" turned out to be a huge deal. The judge did not allow my mother to use her exhibits or witnesses during her trial because Mrs. Pintel missed the deadline, and my mother's case was completely ruined.

Francisco sent my mother an invoice 2-3 weeks after we requested our money back, and Keystone Law Firm used even MORE money after we fired them. Another $1,500!!.

After emailing Francisco about how ridiculous this is, he didn't respond. I will never refer a family member, or any of my clients to this firm, nor should you use them for your legal needs.

STAY AWAY!!
