I was told they can represent me in court at a low cost or even pro bono & when I spoke with someone, all they said they can do is help me with walking through the filing of the paperwork. & I was on a waiting list for that?!

Don't waste your time if you make over 350. a week you are auto magically denied as you make to much money to get any State or Government Help in ANY LEGAL FIGHT you might be in. They would rather you waste your time money and Tax's on CLS that dose nothing for the Community. Oh but dig into all of our pockets the tax's for doing little to nothing.

I would agree with Kara because I was trying to find help to get divorce and they wrote me back saying that they don't do dermestic I cases and then I found out that they do well I went back and that was way back in September 2018 and still can't get an answer from them for good or bad and they want to say there attorney at law well think twice before taking your cases

They give Free legal service. I fixed my student loan debt with two nice talk white ladies when my dad died and I had got married that summer. I don't know why companies call me to re-nig on a closed issue 20 years ago. Credit people said it shows when it was resolved but credit people from survey. Pester me in the mail and by hanging up on me when I'm talking just like that .Very decent service here!!

She looked at me with a smirk and ask again, is this a social security # really? 003??! I said yes really, she was sure I was faking it or something like that. Lady! I love thie place they helped me with so much. Ive went to them in my times of need and was always treated graceful. Only reason i didn't put 5 is beacuse of the experience i just had with one of the volunteers. He basically told me to wait until im sued by company's before filing bankruptcy which is the most ignorant thing ive ever heard. I believe he did not want nor care t9 help me or my situation. Im very disappointed in this experience. I know i have enough debt on my hands and even if I didn't a lawyer islnt suppsed to advise you that you shouldnt file bankruptcy of course unless its a lawyer that feels he wont be paid. In my opinion.

Not useful for employment & labor law; their focus seems to be defense in criminal law, family law or immigration law issues. Said it was too hard to win on age discrimination, immaterial as the issue was wrongful termination and retaliation. Very nice people, tho.
