Dave, was a professional throughout my ordeal. From the the first time I sat with him to the last day of court with him. Which he was able to significantly get my charges reduced. He is a man of his word. Not only do I call him my attorney but I call him a friend. I normally don’t do reviews but he done such an outstanding job I needed to let people know you’re in good hands with Dave.

I can not seem to come up with the best adjective that would best represent Mr. Roer, so instead I’ll give you the facts.

A few months ago my son needed immediate counsel. Mr. Roer not only came to our aid swiftly but the council we received kept my son from receiving any formal charges. I have no doubt that if we would have went with another lawyer that the results would not have been the same. Why? Because, he is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of law and knew exactly what questions to ask, along with which documents we were/and were not provided at the time of arrest.

I am forever thankful to Mr. Roer and his ability to protect our rights. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with him that I have called him numerous times since with legal questions for several other issues, to ensure I know my rights; I just called him again today, Jan 2nd 2018, and again... he immediately returned my call, answered my question matter-of-factly, and of course wished me a Happy New Year. Although I didn’t like the answer, I know without a shadow of doubt that the answer he gave is factual because he has proven to be a superior Lawyer; and one you can trust. I’m sure I can call him David by now, but I believe in respecting his position/title and will always hold him in the upmost regard...so to me he will eternally be, Mr. Roer.
