Brandon was great! Good communitcation even on the weekends, because of course the IRS stuff always shows up on a saturday to ruin your weekend. LOL.... Recommended!!

Receiving a letter from the IRS is terrifying to say the least. I was fortunate to come across Brandon while searching for help online. Not only did I not have to deal directly with the IRS, the fear of loosing my business and having my accounts frozen was diminished. I was immediately assisted and my problems were resolved within a few months. Once Resolute Tax Services was involved the result was less than 20% of what the IRS estimated. I would defiantly recommend Brandon to anyone concerned that the IRS may freeze their account. Do not hesitate to call.

There was initially some miscommunication when I originally contacted Brandon and his team. He was going on vacation right after I left my documents with him; however after we sorted out the issues he was courteous, professional and completed my tax return in 24 hours.

He is a bit hard to reach via telephone, however (being a texter myself) he responds very quickly via text message. The price to file (both print/e-file) are much better than what you'll find at big name shops like H&R Block-- a little more than if you did it yourself with Turbo Tax or the like, however you have the guarantee that Brandon will do it right and get you the most money possible.

Overall I am happy with the experience. The miscommunication was a fault with myself and a little bit on his behalf, but once that was resolved it was smooth sailing. Thank you Brandon and team!
