My attorney Nicole and her paralegal Dina were an excellent team! They represented me in my family court hearing and walked me through the process each step of the way. There wasn’t a moment through the duration of my case that I let unsure or alone. They were knowledgeable, assertive, and great at explaining the intricacies of my case to me in detail. They knew what it took and managed to speed up my case and even get my fees compensated. I felt like she fought for me the same as she would her own relative. My son has special needs and his mother was trying to do things with him that were counterproductive to his growth and development. Even though I was involved in my sons upbringing from birth, sole custody defaulted to her because we were never married. I thought Arizona was a “mothers state” and it would be impossible to stop her from making huge mistakes like taking him out of his school for no justified reason, but Nicole and her assistant Dina fought for what was best for my son. It turns out Arizona is a “what’s in the best interest of the child state” and all you need is good representation to advocate for you and your child. In the beginning I called to check on the case frequently just because I was not used to not being involved in everything that had to do with my son. I learned quickly that Nicole and Dina are extreme professionals and make sure all requirements are fulfilled in a timely matter. They were always on top of the ball. I was able to let go and let them do their work. I’ve had urgent matters that happened during the weekend that I needed her advice for so I emailed her and she responded... on a weekend! Thanks to them I got everything I wanted and his mother can never make unilateral decisions that would harm him again. I referred a friend to Nicole and they were just as kind to him as they were to me. The judge also ruled in his favor. There are so many good things I can say about Nicole and Dina but I would be typing all day. If you want an excellent family lawyer use her. It’s money well spent.

Nicole Lassiter blew my whole case. She refused to call me despite me telling her I thought we should prepare. She called finally the day b4 court and was yelling at me for calling her too much. I had left professional voice messages just stating day and time and asked to please meet up and prepare. It was her stupid idea and she pushed me into going for full custody only to lead me in with 10 min to prepare for court. When we walked I court she kissed my kids mothers lawyers butt and did nothing to help me get custody. I lost my kid to a girl who was going to prison and I had never had a charge in my life for anything untill I got a DV charge fighting w my kids mom. Then to add Insult after blowing my case and ruining my life she bills me stating she worked passed the retainer by $4000! We went to 1 court date and 1 mediation hearing. I paid her $6000 dollars and some how she worked too long and bills me. She also shows to court with beat red eyes and looked like she was partying all night. She even could not remember my kids name. In a custody case!! I really hope she gets the worst life has to offer. She is a scumbag fake money hungry lawyer. The worst of the worst.
