Hands down, Rich and Jess are by far the best attorneys I have worked with. They are honest and went above and beyond for my case. Rich and Jess spent time helping me with a case out of state, even after my case with them was closed. Don’t waste your time with this law firm. I sent in detailed information for the free consultation. I just needed to know if I should pursue my issue or not. I received an email the next day requesting a few questions to be answered for them. If they would have read what I originally sent in there would be no need for me to answer any more questions. So I called in and spoke with the receptionist. She placed me on hold so she could read what I had sent in. She came back and said this is the number to an attorney. I called and it was the Maricopa County Bar Association. Really!

The most TERRIBLE group of unorganized individuals I’ve ever experienced. I promised my services accidentally to two firms this one and another. Sense I had spoken with this firm first and had an awesome first interaction with jack. I decided to go with this firm. I expected timely, friendly staff whom had a main goal of winning a case. Skousen could not get off the ground let alone compete in a race. I’ve spent more time calling this firm waiting to speak to someone with a law degree then they’ve spent even knowing the nature of my case! I have on record over 3 hours of talk time with your firm over the course of 45+ days and you’re again asking my legal name, mailing, social? I spent time even so much as picking up every single medical record and bill and hand faxing each one to you along with EVERY AUTHORIZATION FORM. Again we’re now over a month in and you’re asking again for all this information because someone with your firm suddenly quit and did what burned the files to all your clients? Emailed unanswered, voice mails unanswered. It does not matter rather you’ve been practicing law for decades or days if you have no organization in your you’re part of the problem and far from the solution SKOUSEN!! I would absolutely be LIVID!!!!!! If I owned this firm and found out my staff made ANY client feel the way you’ve made me feel and conduct business in such a manner you should be ashamed of yourself!
