I was involved in a serious car accident and my car was total loss. I was rear-ended by another vehicle. I was taken to the hospital (ER) to be examined and treated for my injuries. The following day, I called the responsible party’s insurance company and reported the accident. Very upset with this company I thought because hearing about them everywhere they would defently help me out which they didn’t . I was able to speak to my attorney regarding my case and am pleased worn outcome. Although t they do need to focus on communicating some the end result is not what i expected but I'm very happy about our. HORRIBLE!!! This is some kind of machine operation. They want to do "zero" work. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive comments about Stephanie weren't written by herself. That's just my opinion but they all sound so similar. I am talking about two cases here. Mine, I took elsewhere. My friend finished his with these "losers" and after 2 years of basically no communication, he settled just to get it over with and got an very tiny amount. He was very dissatisfied too. The lawyers got the most and he told me that that is not how he understood how the split was going to be handled from the beginnning. My friend is a smart fella and he told me that he was very clear with them about how the % was going to be divied up and they assured him but then after he signed off, it was a different story. Be very, very careful. Better, in my opinion, to find someone that really is a good lawyer. Most of the lawyers working at G&O, in my opinion, are not "good" lawyers. I would call them "bottom of the barrel." If you have a hundred million case, you might get a lawyer to really work it. If not, you'll likely do better to negotiate with the insurance company yourself.
