Super disorganized, lack of communication, rude, ect

Judge didn't even listen to my case. The officer lied. Had to go to another court office just to set up a payment plan, oh and its mandatory that if you want to set up a payment plan you have to go in person. You have to wait an hour for them to even get the payment plan set up.
