Mr. Hineman represented my family in my Fiance's custodial relocation case. He was well-prepared and a force in the courtroom that the opposing counsel was not ready to contend with. Phil Hinemans a good lawyer he helped me in my case he lowered my punishment by the judge and got rid of a few charges like how I asked if your in trouble do not hesitate to call on Mr. Hinemans help thanks again to him and his staff.

He didn’t show up to court, which completely embarrassed me because I had no idea what I was doing and the judge even called him out saying this was the second time he has done this.

He pushed back a court date and requested to change judges without our consent which we were not okay with we were ready to get this over with.

He submitted documents that had false information on them about the defendant because he didn’t our input into consideration.

He had missed a meeting where I had to take off of work to attend with no apology.

The most unprofessional incompetent professional, if you can even call him that, I have ever worked with.

Phil Hineman didn’t do anything for me in my bankruptcy case. It was very hard to communicate with him and he didn’t try anything to help me with the trustee. I turned in paperwork and documents to help my case which he never even looked over. He even came off a bit prejudice towards Hispanics at times. I wouldn’t even recommend this attorney to my enemies, let alone friends and family. My all and out experience was a nightmare.

It was seven years ago when I first hired Mr. Hineman to represent me on a custody matter. Mr. Hineman was aggressive yet professional in court. He prepared me well and we won our case at that time. I was extremely happy with the results - hence the five stars from years ago.

2018 - 2019: Once again I had to hire Mr. Hineman to represent me on this ongoing legal battle and I'll say the same as I've said before: Mr. Hineman continues to fight an excellent fight for me! If you look up the definition of SHYSTER LAWYER in the dictionary, you will find a photo of this clueless clown. After talking for 5 minutes on the phone, he immediately went for the jugular, the MONEY! Then he proceeded to do nothing, less than nothing actually. He berated me on the phone, and totally disrespected me. I did better representing myself than paying this loser to blow hot air. In the court room, the judge asked him questions, and this clown got on his cell phone to look for the answers. The judge looked at him like "what a buffoon". Plus he interrupted the judge until the judge told him to shut up. The opposing attorney de-nutted him by saying "You must have been absent the day they taught long-arm jurisdiction at law school". All he did was look down at his shoes, like they were untied. ABSOLUTE WORST lawyer I've even had the displeasure of paying money to. STAY AWAY!

Dealing with Mr. Hineman has been the absolutely worst experience in my life! I met with him once for him to blow a whole lot of hot air and tell me how I would be taken care of. After paying his retainer I didn't deal with him again until the day of the court. After that he didn't return my calls or emails and neither has his paralegal who is as big of a con artist as his boss. They have done nothing but give me misinformation and have not attempted to help me in any way. It is going on two weeks since I reached out to this office for help, yet again, and I have gotten nothing in return.
