Took 9 months to finish documents because they never followed up unless we called to find out why it wasn't done yet. Still waiting on the final docs for our deed change we started in May 2019.

If you want your documents filled out wrong go to this place. We had a simple quitclaim deed they made 2 mistakes on and now want to charge us to redo because of their mistake! We told Ira 3 times my mother was on the property taxes and they said oh thats just for billing. WRONG!! They also put me as single, when in fact we did the quitclaim deed because I am married. They made 2 mistakes and every time we call Linda is extremely rude and argumentative. Please avoid this place, they are glorified notaries who will mess up your legal documents and then try to charge you again for their mistake! Please google Ira or Linda Distenfield and you will find litigation against the family along with bankruptcy. Ira has also spent time in Jail! Please take your business elsewhere. Do you really want a convicted criminal handling your legal documents???

Had some documents done by these people and they were done wrong. We came here with the impression they were knowledgeable in their stated field and would be able to handle simple docs for us, but apparently not! When we confronted them the first time about the errors they lied to us and stated it was a billing error, and not their mistake! Second time they became very confrontational and said it was our fault and that we needed to pay 2x as much to have it corrected!? Wouldn’t even work with us regarding the new inflated price! We left 2 messages to have our original agent call us back and he never did, his rude secretary did instead! This place is a SCAM! Please don’t waste your time and money!!

What a great experience! It feels more like a cozy home than a cold office, and Linda took very good care of me. It was fast, friendly and the price was much better than I expected.

Needed notarized letter to travel with daughter and they were able to get one made and signed for us. We were seen by Emily she was super nice and fast with the paperwork. It’s nice going in there handling business and then getting right out. Definitely recommend.

Back in 2016 I used Legal Docs for a divorce and they did a great job. Now, I am working with Mike to probate my mother's will. Everything is going smoothly. I am glad they make it easy for me. I had no idea where to start. But they complete all the paperwork that is required of the process.

They made so many errors on my documents that I now have to have re-filed and have an attorney review them because of their lack of professionalism. I would not give them another dime of my money! I asked for my money back she said that they could redo the documents but, why would I have their company prepare documents that they messed from the start.
