Pretty sure this isn't a real law firm. i received a letter from them saying I owe money to EP municipal court. However I haven't been ticketed in Ep in at least 10 to 15 years. When I call the the office, the direct line or the toll free number I can'y get ahold of anyone. No answer. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!

This "law firm" is a complete scam! Don't give them a dime. They are making up information hoping unsuspecting people breakdown and pay up. Report them to Bar Association and call the Municipal Court to take Delgado, Acosta, Spencer and all losers off public records. I called the court and complained you call do it too. I dont owe them a penny never had a ticket and they need to be shut down. Call for their investigation.

I have sent this company a copy of my husband's original death certificate AGES ago, but they continue to send me "Delinquent Tax Warnings" on 2 pieces of Horizon City properties. I enclosed a letter telling them I had NO interest in putting this property in my name or becoming responsible for taxes. I STILL keep getting these warnings. Not sure why they had me pay for and send them a copy of the death certificate if they weren't going to do anything with it. From now on, I will just continue to throw away anything that comes from this address. So paper and stamps are on you!!! Thanks for nothing.
