I have had a very good experience with Naomi Berkowitz. She knows what she is doing. She is 100% recomended. She dedicates 100% of her time & effort to your case. She also has one of the most reasonable prices in the valley. I would definetily hire her again as a lawyer if I ever need one again.

Wow, where do I start? First of all she is very friendly and approachable. She made my case SO much easier to handle. She maintained great communication with me throughout my case. She was punctual and met deadlines when it came to responses and whenever I had to submit further paperwork. She helped me reach a stipulated agreement with the other party when I was told it wasn't going to happen by other people. I HIGHLY recommend Naomi she was a true godsend and I can't thank her enough!

I Love Naomi. My experience with her has been positive and ongoing for the past 10 years. I personally have gone through a messy divorce with a Very difficult man. Naomi helped me to fight for my children when my ex called for 2 expartes (without my knowledge)before we even went to court (she made him look like a fool and asked the judge to make Him pay her attorney fees, which he did!!)

My ex and I have had several issues over the years agreeing about what is best for our children, I chose to go back to Naomi at least 4 times to make adjustments to our child custody agreement. Every time she has been very helpful and fair in her pricing, professional in the way she conducts business, and understanding to my personal issues.

I will continue to use Naomi’s services because she has been very helpful to my children and I. She has helped me to protect my babies!!! It's a massive disappointment to see an attorney with such poor ethics... I wonder if this 5 star review is from an actual client?

I would steer far clear of this attorney - she will bill you 4-5x what is realistic and customary for your case, be unresponsive and, honestly a little mechanical in her approach. She seems to be most focused on what she can squeeze out of your pockets vs actually trying to be of any assistance.

I had the unfortunate bad luck to come across this attorney through my group legal for a repetitive issue I've had before - so I'm familiar with about how many hours this case takes - 2 different attorneys in 2 different states have never used all my hours - this attorney just with one phone call and two emails (which by the way I had to chase *her* down) used 60% if my group legal benefit.

Her response at my surprise considering nothing was even put together/filed etc? "Yes you will lose the # of hours I billed.".... with not a single thing to show for it in filings, paperwork, etc except for what I filled out and sent her.

Save yourself the $$$.
