We called Mr. Firth to ask for advice about a levy against my mother's bank account resulting from a loan my (deceased) father had received from a credit union. We were prepared to come to Mr. Firth's office and pay the standard fee, but he helped us right away over the phone. I cannot recommend enough Mr. Firth's legal services for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It took me a while (because of my own issues), but throughout the process Mr. Firth kept thorough notes and referred to them and provided very thorough follow through. His fees, in comparison, were quite reasonable and I appreciated that he was there to help me through the most nerve wracking (I have no idea why it was, after the fact) experience when you visit the court house.

Mr. Firth is a responsive and sensitive legal professional which I believe is hard to find in that industry.
