Agree with all the other five star reviews.  Judy & Zach's professionalism and knowledge regarding Deeds surpass any law firm I have worked with. Brought them a parent to child Deed transfer with a Trust twist. They avoided any tax transfer pitfalls. Had them check a handfull of other properties and found two Deeds that were not in order.  A Realtor made a mistake on one Deed and Probate attorney on another. Judy warned me the Letters of Testimony were not filed, then got the lawer who forgot to file them send a copy the same day. Both Deeds were corrected the next day, even though I told her to take her time. And their prices? I would have gladly paid double

Customer service is not dead! Judy is amazing. How often do companies take the time to take care of customers at no cost? Usually never, but Judy at In A Pinch did that for me this morning. I thought I had a mess on my hands with a Title issue on my Mom's Trust, so I called several Title Company's trying to get help, mostly leaving messages with answering machines. Judy was the first to call me back and after speaking with her, she quickly determined that everything was as it should be. That may seem like no big deal, but it is a very big deal to me and my peace of mind. She took the time to look our information up over the phone at her cost and then expertly explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. I contacted Judy and her assistant Payton to help correct the paper trail for the home that my family shares as per my parent's trust. Judy prepared the paperwork that we needed to correct the mistake Mom made when Dad died, transferred ownership for the home to myself and to our trust in one series of documents. The documents were recorded immediately after signing and notarizing. We received the original documents and certified death certificates in the mail the following week. She also prepared the documents to Parent-Child exclusion for re-appraisal for property tax purposes. I am please with the result. There is confidence in her 40 plus years of knowledge and expertise. I gave a 2 star because the process was made simple and quick, but when I never received a copy of the document in the mail and I called back for help to see where it is. Judy was incredibly rude on the phone. I had to send emails to clarify and tell her what I was trying to communicate on the phone because I simply could not stand the way she was talking to me.
