I am in a situation where the landlord is threatening and harassing us. Our rent is paid for the month and we haven't gotten a 30 day written notice. As if moving wasn't stressful enough, they are demanding we leave on the 15th, even though our new place isn't ready until the 18th. We are taking about 3 days here! That has not stopped them from harassing phone calls, texts and fake notices. I finally called this company as I am mentally disabled and couldn't take it anymore. The staff was very knowledgeable. I had made an appointment almost a week in advance and drove 45min to get there just to find out that Ron got sick over the weekend and can't see me! Didn't call or even offer an apology. Sent his cousin out to tell me to drive further to the other office in Rialto. Tried to call both of their numbers but no one answered. Rude and unprofessional!

Very fast good service cheap and good help excellent work in my divorce

I hired Legal Service Centers and at the last minute they did not respond to emails, Leslie did not respond or call me to provide instructions, and the day before court she sends me an email with some forms at 4:49 pm with 2 forms stating to show up to court. I called her office immediately and the voicemail was full. The next morning at court, I finally got a hold of Leslie and asked if the attorney was showing up and she basically said that she sent and email and that she never called me to discuss the case and that it was my responsibility to contact them even though I called and their voicemail was full. I would never recommend this company and after paying for eviction services, I guess they thought that they shouldn't even follow up with me and that I should be chasing them to see what was going on, and then they left me stranded at court without representation and let the whole eviction get dismissed. Such a waste of time and money. Anyone could do more on their own and at least not have someone abandon the case at the last minute. No matter what, contact a firm that takes pride in their cases and following through with what they were hired for, they obviously just want to rack in fees and then leave their clients on their own to fend for themselves.

This office I recommended highly I needed assistance very quickly and was helped by them. Although there’s a 50/50 chance it went in my favor.

This is one of the worst legal document paces I've ever encountered. We where quoted $250 for a trial brief and then where told they had made a mistake and it was going to cost $500. We where also told the final paperwork was included in the initial fee and I had asked several times to make sure it was and they came up with another $400 fee for that paperwork. In total we dumped $1,820 into this company, not including the final paperwork I had done else where. The other legal documents place we went to charged us $200 less for the same paperwork they where charging us $400 for. Also they put the wrong name one the trial brief. I didn’t realize till The day of court. They used his ex wife’s last name instead of his. Ridiculous!!!!!To top it off the owner Ron is very rude and insulting.

After not knowing what to do regarding my tenant, losing sleeping and not eating right I consulted with Ron C. at the Legal Service Centers Evictions & Family Law Services. Not only did he have the legal knowledge but he was extremely professional, respectful, and kind. Thank you Ron for all your help, I am so thankful to have found you and your group online. Fast and good eviction services at a very reasonable price.

I hired Fontana Legal Service since last year to work on my family law case. It has been by far the best experience we have had, from filing out of county paperwork, getting 100% custody and finalizing our adoption case. I highly recommend the office to work with any and all of your legal documents. between Adilene, Alexis and Ron they kept us informed, finished all of our documents before court deadlines and were reasonably priced.

I hired Legal Services to help with an eviction. I started out with Roxanne at the Fontana office. Then I kept getting told Maria was taking care of filing. No mention that Maria was handling the case until I called upset that things were not moving along. I was then told by Roxanne that Maria was handling all the evictions now. It has now been three months. The tenants had moved out on the second month. Due to the fact that these tenants have done this before (we found out too late) we were given the advice to get the final judgement and writ. Dec. 14, 2015 the tenants had not made any response and we could file for the default judgement and writ on the 15th. Was first told it was filed, then told Maria had been out sick for three days and then told it was filed around the 24th. I asked several times what was the delay as I hadn't heard anything and on Jan 14, 2016 I would be having a status hearing. This was Jan 13th. Frustrated with getting no response from Legal Services (either from Roxanne or Maria) I just checked with the court on my case and guess what. The "default judgement package " was returned to Legal Services on Dec 28th for incomplete forms. I have called and emailed Roxanne and Maria asking for a status update and all this time my forms aren't even at the court they are at the Legal Service Center office due to an incorrect date on the form. Seriously! I called Legal Services and again Roxanne was quick to say it wasn't her job but Maria's. I called Maria and she told me she had just gotten the package yesterday (really it took from Dec. 28 to Jan 12th for a package to go a couple of blocks) So I drove out and picked up the default judgement package and took it myself to the court. Making sure the date was corrected. I asked the court clerk to verify it was filled out correctly. Other than several misspellings of my name it was ok. The clerk told me to call the court on Monday and I should be able to pick up the Paperwork and be done. Wow what if the paperwork had gotten in Dec. 15th. ?
Legal Services like to do everything via email and they seem very good at first. However, once they have your money things move at slow pace. Once served, the ten days on the clock started and on the 11 day I asked for the default judgement and writ to get filed (tenants no showed so next step). It was weeks before it even got filed. And every time I asked I was told sometime different. Roxanne and Maria just couldn't seem to answer a simple question at this point, such as "did it actually get filed and if so what day?"
I called to talked to the supervisor twice.( Ron) Roxanne answered the phone and said he was busy but she would give him the message. I never got a call back. I started off working with Roxanne and she didn't tell me that at some point in the transaction Maria took over. So I never really knew who to email or call. Really it didn't matter as they both just acted like I was bothering them. I asked if I could just get updates every once in a while and was told by Roxanne they don't do status reports. Like couldn't they tell me they had made a mistake it wasn't filed yet. And that would mean I needed to go to the status hearing. Did anyone even admit to making a mistake? No
Come on an email status report would take a minute to send. I would not use them again and here is what is so funny. Most evictions are going to generate a small claims case that they could pick up the business from if they had any kind of customer service.
Customer service isn't even a difficult thing to provide and in the case of evictions the client is so stressed out already a little kindness would go a long way.
1. Didn't do their job in a timely manner.
2. Didn't do their job correctly.
3. No status reports of any kind. Total lack of communication.
5. Very poor customer service
6. Didn't take ownership of their work. (untimeliness, errors etc. . . )
7. Never got a call back from Ron

They are very professional and courteous and patiently and graciously answered all my questions. They treated me with respect and we're very sympathetic and helpful.

Had my child custody EX-PART HEARING done with legal service centers, and I did not need an attorney. Staff member helped me obtain a court hearing right away. I flew out from Denver, Colorado.
Staff provided great service, they were well informed and knowledgeable. Staff members assisted me throughout the entire process for my Request for Order for Child Custody. Definitely will recommend them and use them again if needed.

We found Legal Service Centers through an internet search and instantly knew we had found the exact people that we wanted for our process servers for a small claims case we are dealing with when we saw their pictures on the web page. When we called, we were given expert information and friendly phone service as well. Robert sent us the necessary documents to get us started immediately, and as soon as we filled them out (VERY EASY) and sent them back, they promptly went to work on our behalf to get the person served the same day! The Legal Service Center really help me out on some laws i didnt know. They take there time to work with you and answer any question. i recommend for everyone to go to this center. Met with Ron and explained my situation and he promptly collected money for his services, collected all necessary paperwork and worked on filling out the necessary forms.
His assistant Maria called with some followup questions and suggested to fill out some forms one way to make my case sound better. There were also numerous errors and inconsistencies throughout the paperwork and the legal advice illegally given was incorrect.
After an attorney reviewed the case his comment was "you get what you pay for with these no name unqualified providers" they have been submitted to the bar for review and will be shut down shortly, do not have your life set back by these unprofessional shysters.

In the best of terms I have to say that Legal Service Centers are the very first place I will turn-- and refer others-- for anything regarding the legal process henceforth. From start to finish Ron Casteneda and his team delivered an overall A-plus perrfomance.
