I met Andrew Gale and Mat Vallance through a mutual friend several years go. I was so impressed with their business practice that I made it a point to get to know these two attorneys to expand my own business. Several years later following their advice i am successful with my business endeavors and do not make any decisions unless i consult with them. Not only do they manage my corporations but also literally help 30 of my clients who use their services. Rare gems in the industry. Highly recommend Gale and Vallance.

I went in to meet Mr. Gale to get information about liability waivers for a business I am in the midst of starting. After listening to the details of how I'd be operating my business he directed me to the find out about other licenses and permits that may need to be addressed before we should move forward. He definitely made me feel like he was thoroughly listening to me and was interested of what was the best, most efficient, and cost effective route for my business. He even took time to answer a few question I had about my current cleaning business I had and directed me to people that would be able to help me. I was so hesitant on meeting with a lawyer. Like, way hesitant. However, after meeting with Andy I just knew I would be back again.
The first time I set up an appointment to meet with Andy Gale it was to set up a will & trust. Him and his assistant, Chelsea made this process extremely easy. As I was filling out the paperwork I explained to Chelsea that I felt overwhelmed by it all and wasn't sure what some things meant, she then took time to explain to me everything and went even further into detail. Both Andy and Chelsea made me feel very taken care of. I was even able to put my dogs in the will to make sure they were taken care of! I am currently working on incorporating my company and trying to get the LLC operating agreement perfect! We had a ton of trouble with other lawyers and finally found Andy to help us!
