I can echo everyone else’s comments by saying that Scott’s communication and followup are second to none. Timely updates at critical milestones, clear communication of all steps and processes. Ultimately I did not get the result I wanted (dismissal) but the result I needed (reduction of charges to make me eligible for traffic school).
