I have an update to my most recent experience with Lem Garcia Law. Unfortunately, I recently had a car accident. I was rear ended at a stop light. My wife and I were shaken up by the incident. A midsize SUV rear ended my smaller Honda so you can imagine. Because of my great experience last time with Lem I had no hestitation seeking his help.

Lem and his team were able to take care of us and make sure we got the care we needed.

His service was excellent and he made the whole process seamless. From getting our necessary treatment to dealing with the other party that hit us. I never had to worry about a thing. I'd recommend him and his team to anyone I know.

First experience:
I recently moved office locations and hired a moving company. They broke our $5,000 conference room table and did not want to take responsibility. I called up Lem and asked him for legal advice on the matter.

I was able to take that knowledge and get the matter resolved. They are now fully reimbursing us for the cost of the table.

This particular situation was not something that Lem's practice focuses on but he was still able to help me out. He was very friendly and responsive. If I am ever in need of help with an accident I fully trust in Lem's practice and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

This guy and his staff are great, I got into a car accident my car was totaled and I got injured in was going though the guys insurance that didn't really care what else I was going though, for example I had no car they only allow me to have the rental for 7 days, when I was explaining to them I work and I need a way to gethe there they kept telling me well that's a problem you must deal with because we only worry about thevery claim you have place for us, I wasn't believing what I was hearing. If you ever get into an auto accident, give Lem a call. I was involved in an accident with my work truck. Lem was able to help me recover both physically and financially as he fought for compensation for my pain and suffering. Before you speak to the insurance company make sure you talk to Lem first.

I cannot emphasize how blessed I was to come across Lem's website earlier this year when I was desperately looking for help with my case. I was in a horrid accident where I was severely injured. At first I tried dealing with insurance on my own and was getting the runaround for a few months. I began consulting with a few firms and everyone I spoke to pushed hard for a lawsuit because I made the naive mistake of agreeing to a recorded statement with insurance before finding representation. I was told that what I said was going to make my case very difficult and a lawsuit was my best option. Of course I didn't want that because I had accumulated over $100,000 in bills related to the accident not to mention I still needed treatment for other things. He would also ask me about my injuries and showed concern over what I was going through. I felt cared about and knew my case was in the hands of a trustworthy person.

I was so impressed by this because it was an outcome so far and beyond anything I expected. On top of that he lowered my bills by tens of thousands of dollars.
