If you are looking for a lawyer with a real heart and true integrity then look no further for Craig Fahey he is the best lawyer anyone could ask for and hope for. If you want a lawyer that is going to fight for you, and really prepare you for how to fight for yourself, then look no further. I have had a few experiences with lawyers and Craig by far exceeds the expectations that I had. He takes the time to prep you properly for your court date, he does the right amount of research background on the judge you are assigned to. He goes above and beyond to make sure your voice is heard and that you get a fair chance at getting what you deserve. Craig Fahey Is definitely the best lawyer I have ever worked with and his assistant Martha is also top notch in every aspect. she gets what needs to be done, done in a very timely manner. she communicates what you need Craig to know and is always pleasant in doing so. They make a great team and a great team is exactly what you need to even have a chance at winning your case.I most definitely recommend Craig and I definitely want to use him in the future.
Thank you Craig and Martha, I am truly grateful for all that you have done for me!

Was working on my military disability and was referred to Craig's office for my Social Security Disability claim, he had me come in with all my documents and sat down with me and reviewed them, he also got a good understanding of what my current physical disability was as well as giving me much needed information in regards to what may happen as we moved forward. His office and his staff were more then friendly and helped me when things arose, as a result my claim was processed and approved in 4 months. Awesome people who had my best interest at heart. Highly recommended.

In May of 2016 I applied for SSDI. I was denied and didn't know how to go about filling out my information on my initial application. I reapplied again like SSA Administrators told me to and was denied again. I was told to look for a SSDI Attorney so I Googled one. Mr. Craig Fahey's and Martha Guevara's office came up in Murrieta. I went to their office in Oct 2016. They were beyond kind enough to look over and examine my case. After further review they said they would represent me. They explained the whole process from start to finish to me. They said from the time I applied to a scheduled hearing and judges decision could take upto 3 years. I was never frustrated with this process. Everything they explained to me was completely accurate. I am proud to say on Jan 24, 2019 I received a completely favorable decision with my case. Anyone going through this long process choose Craig Fahey to represent you. It may take a awhile for the whole process but it is definitely worth it. I will definitely refer anyone who asks for a decent and professional SSDI Attorney to go with Mr. Craig Fahey's Law Firm. I couldn't have won this without Mr. Craig Fahey and Martha Guevara!

Thank You and God Bless

I worked as an attorney for over 30 years. I found Craig to be very experienced and knowledgeable about the SSDI standards that applied to my claim. He developed a strategy and gave the administrative law judge four different ways to rule in my favor. He was well prepared and did an great job at my hearing. Craig and his assistant Martha were fantastic to work with. Craig was patient, clear, level headed and supportive. I highly recommend Craig.

Excellent attorney, extremely professional, competent, and honest. Craig took my SSDI case because he felt I HAD a case. He had me OVER prepared, which is interesting because when i got in there...it seemed so easy. Smart thinking on his part! He did his homework and presented my case in such a way that the judge only had a few questions for me which I answered honestly and with ease. Craig knows what social security AND the judges expect. My husband and i were so impressed with him. We felt my case went very well and are awaiting a decision. We think it will be favorable. Could not have done it without Mr. Fahey. Thank you Craig for all your help!

He was been our legal counsel with our social security claims after we found out that our remittances wasn’t encoded on the system of the social security office. His advice to us helped a lot, especially during the time that we needed to claim some insurance payments after my mother was involved in an accident. We highly recommend Atty. Fahey to everyone.

July 2018. If you want to win your SocSec disability case you need to hire Attorney Fahey. At the beginning, I did my homework in who I needed to hire to handle my SocSec disability case. I reviewed many disability law firms in San Diego, CA and the Law Offices of Craig A. Fahey was the best fit. My Background: SocSec Admin/SSA denied my initial disability application and then denied my second (reconsideration) application. That's when I approached Attorney Fahey and we discuss our plan of action - I like this man because he knows where I'm coming from. I followed his instructions and guidance and at the end we succeeded in winning my disability case. He kept me in the loop as far as the status of my application and our next step. He never skipped a beat in getting back to me in questions I had. That's one of the true trade marks I appreciate, he doesn't leave you hanging. It took 3 yrs for SSA to scheduled my Hearing (conducted June 2018) with the SSA Admin Law Judge. Prior to the Hearing, SSA informed me the name of the Judge that was hearing my case so I researched his approval rating and from what I gather, the Judge DOESN'T approve disability cases very often, what it boiled down to is, I was one of the not so lucky ones to get "Hard No-Nonsense Judge". When the Hearing date arrived Attorney Fahey held his ground and was very professional in his presentation and the overall handling of my case - of course I had to answer questions from the Judge and couldn't have done it without Attorney Fahey guidance. In the end, you would not go wrong with hiring Attorney Fahey, he's the best. Good Luck.

Mr. Fahey represented me when I was down to my last appeal after my prior lawyer dropped me two weeks before my hearing.

Due to the knowledge of the law, insights about how the system works and his impeccable follow-through, I was awarded my benefits.

You can not make a better choice for legal representation when you need to be awarded your benefits.

Thank you again Mr. Fahey, you are an incredible attorney and the consummate professional. You are a credit to the BAR.

A friend of mine recommended mr. Fahey's services. He told me that for disability claims there's no one more knowledgeable then Mr. Fahey in the San Diego area. My friend was absolutely right, professionalism of mr. Fahey and his staff was outstanding. He went over all the paperwork with me and what to expect.
I am very happy with his representation, I highly recommend mr. Fahey.
To find an honest lawyer that is willing to go above and beyond to help you complete your claim in the most favorable outcome; is unheard of now a days.

There is no need to look for another attorney. After meeting with Attorney Fahey, Martha (assistant) will closely work with you guiding you as to what documents you will need. As time approaches to your hearing you will have to work fast to have all your documents ready.
Martha assists you and treat you as if you were family (at least that is how I felt). Days before your hearing you will either meet with Mr Fahey or have a telephone meeting. He will get you ready for the hearing and even recommend where you can find parking!
My experience with them was great.... I finally got my disability approved within days. Now, don't expect the judge to rule within days as every case is different. It could take longer.
Thank you Martha for everything you did for me, even taking your time to patiently listen to my problems.
Attorney Fahey and Martha are a professional team that will work
for you and can be trusted will work for a positive outcome

Attorney Craig Fahey is an awesome disability lawyer!! He and his team are extremely knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and respectful. Mr. Fahey has a way of putting you at ease and making you feel comfortable discussing very personal things with him.
One of my tasks was to obtain all of my medical record which seemed to take forever! There were 4 or 5 I was having a problem with and it was very close to my hearing date. I was stressing out that I wouldn’t have them in time but I mentioned it to Mr. Fahey’s assistant Martha and she took charge, called them and had them all within a matter of hours!! Thank you again Martha!!

A few days before my hearing Mr. Fahey and I met to go over everything so I would be prepared. He took his time explaining everything, to make sure I understood what would happen. I was very prepared and we ended up getting a favorable decision that day!!
Craig, Thank you and your team for your time and dedication to my case and for seeing me as a person.

I would recommend Mr. Craig Fahey to anyone that needs a fair shot at being approved for Social Security Disability or SSI. I always felt that he and his Office were responsive and followed up with me as needed throughout the process. We finally had our ALJ hearing 3/20/2019 and even the Judge thanked Mr. Fahey for his extensive brief submitted in my case putting all the necessary evidence into the spotlight and advocating for my case. WE WON!!! Full benefits and 2 years 7 months back pay. I am very appreciative and will continue to recommend The Law Offices of Craig Fahey. PS; Thanks to Martha Also, very patient and helpful!!

My name is Michelle Walsh. I wish to explain why I am giving Mr. Fahey 5*s. This is also information I would have wanted when choosing an attorney.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and for the past few years it has been advancing rapidly. One of the issues with MS happens to be memory problems. I am very forgetful at times. Regardless of which attorney you chose, as a client there are small tasks you have to do, none of it is difficult or overly time consuming but it needs to be done. Signing forms, helping their office in obtaining medical records, those kinds of tasks. When Mr. Fahey or Martha would ask me to do some minor paperwork issue I would fully agree to do it and then... I would forget. Or I would sign a form in the wrong place. I have NO doubt that I was an annoying client. While it was certainly not intentional on my part, it was still a reality. Of all the times Mr. Fahey or Martha would ask me if I completed a given task my response was along the lines of, "I don't know," or "I forget." That had to be frustrating for them and as annoying as I probably was Mr. Fahey and Martha never showed frustration, anger, etc. They could not have been nicer and more kind to me.

Another issue I love about this office is that it is not run as a typical disability firm. There are not 10+ legal assistants that do all the work and you literally meet your own attorney the day before, or the day of, your hearing. Mr. Fahey's office is an exact opposite of that type of business. Craig is hands-on, he handles each case personally. I had the option to email him personally or Martha, or I could call either one of them.

Yet another example, Craig knew I was apprehensive about the hearing. My professional background was in medicine, not law. I knew nothing about how this all works and that left me very intimidated about the entire, "hearing, judge, court" process. He called me on Sunday, his time off, to go over everything for the following day. He wanted to explain (again) how it works, where to go, where to sign in, what to expect, pretty much every detail of what to expect during the time with the judge. Obviously, that allowed me to chill out a bit and my anxiety deceased a great deal due to the time he extended on a Sunday. Fear is mostly the unknown, take away the "unknown" and you take away the fear.

I did win my case 4/8/19 and I am 100% positive that without Craig Fahey, I would not stand a chance on my own.

My advice to anyone going through this process--

~Don't pick a law firm that has a ton of legal assistants that do all the work and you meet your attorney the day of the hearing. You are hiring a lawyer here, not a legal assistant. I am not knocking legal assistants in the least, Craig Fahey has Martha and I adore Martha. In the end he still handled the case. He is there every step of the way and you are going to be charged the same fee if you go through a firm where legal assistants do everything except going before the judge, or if the attorney is handling your case.

~Be an open book, tell your attorney everything. If you are giving information he does not need or does not apply, he will tell you. But let him decide if he wants "X" information. Just be totally honest.

~Most important, if you want to win your case, hire Craig Fahey. When I was being denied by SSA for a legit case I knew I was out of my league. I needed a lawyer. I did call around and to be honest I wasn't fully sure of what I was looking for. I have worked all my life, I have never applied for any sort of help or assistance before. The entire process was totally foreign to me. But Mr. Fahey spent time with me, he explained what he would do for me, what the fees would be, and since I had "zero" experience in how to find a great lawyer I had to go with logic and a gut feeling and it paid off. Today I would have more ability to find a great lawyer since I have been through the process, I learned a tremendous amount of information about the system, and I did win. In looking back, I absolutely made the best decision by going with this firm.

I am not a client of Mr. Fahey but was referred to him by another professional with whom I am a client of. I needed assistance with my Long-Term Disability policy and Mr. Fahey was gracious enough to speak to me at length even though through our talk I found this was not an area he practices in. I did not need help with Social Security Disability but he was thoughtful enough to listen to my story and then refer me to another attorney who specializes in the area I needed counsel in. I recently had a situation arise where I needed to reach out to Mr. Fahey and I needed advice within a very short period of time. His assistant took down all of my information and he returned my call within a day. There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have for him. Again, he demonstrated kindness, compassion and patience with me during a time that was highly stressful and he was able to give me advice that took a big weight off my shoulders. His knowledge and expertise in the area I was asking for advice in was very apparent. He did not have to take the time to speak with me again when I called him a second time, especially as I had not become a client of his. Yet he did. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services. I am proud to write this review for Mr. Fahey as there just aren’t that many professionals out there who genuinely care about people and give their time as he has/did with me.

Craig and his group are extremely professional and worked hard to get my SSDI claim approved for me. I should have used them in the beginning instead of waiting till the appeal hearing. The system is very difficult to maneuver and win on your own as most cases are turned down over and over again. Without Craig's help I would not have won my case. He and Martha worked tirelessly to make sure my valid claim was realistically viewed.

I highly recommend using Craig for any claim you have. He will get you approved!

Thank you Craig and Martha for giving me piece of mind and an income again.

Debbie

Attorney Craig A. Fahey took my case in Sept. 2014. He was conscientious and professional in his dealings. He said would be at least 2 years before the case was heard and he kept me informed of the progress as progress was made. He directed efforts I could make to solidify an accurate picture of the medical difficulties and limitations I experienced as a result of my disability. His award share was modest with the understanding that I would do the “leg work” to support the case when feasible. My case was heard Sept.26, 2016, and decided in my favor. Attorney Craig A. Fahey has continued to support me afterward in guidance of the court’s decision.

I wouldn't use this guy if he was the last attorney on the planet! I called his office before filing for ssdi and was told that I had a very good case. Then he told me to file, on my own, without his help and take it from there. I assumed that meant to contact him once I heard something from disability. Well, three months later I get denied. I call mr Fahey's office. I explain the the lady on the phone that I had called several months ago and now had received a denial letter which mr Fahey stated would most likely happen "70% get denied the first time" well, this guy what's one week before he calls me back from a restricted number and I miss his call and he doesn't leave a message. I call his office daily trying to get ahold of him. One week after the missed call he calls again and this time I answer. He has the nerve to say to me "you should have called me when you filed... now you want me to help you? I have no interest in your case" this guy is as ass clown! The most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in my 50 plus years of life. He wasted precious time and made me feel stupid. His tone was so rude. I will make sure every person I know understands that this man should be out of business. I will be posting on every site I can find and will be reporting his behavior to the state bar as well as bbb. Please be warned and look elsewhere... this guy is a fraud
