Thank you Craig and Martha, I am truly grateful for all that you have done for me!
Christy S.
Thank You and God Bless
Due to the knowledge of the law, insights about how the system works and his impeccable follow-through, I was awarded my benefits.
You can not make a better choice for legal representation when you need to be awarded your benefits.
Thank you again Mr. Fahey, you are an incredible attorney and the consummate professional. You are a credit to the BAR.
I am very happy with his representation, I highly recommend mr. Fahey.
To find an honest lawyer that is willing to go above and beyond to help you complete your claim in the most favorable outcome; is unheard of now a days.
Martha assists you and treat you as if you were family (at least that is how I felt). Days before your hearing you will either meet with Mr Fahey or have a telephone meeting. He will get you ready for the hearing and even recommend where you can find parking!
My experience with them was great.... I finally got my disability approved within days. Now, don't expect the judge to rule within days as every case is different. It could take longer.
Thank you Martha for everything you did for me, even taking your time to patiently listen to my problems.
Attorney Fahey and Martha are a professional team that will work
for you and can be trusted will work for a positive outcome
Keep records and dates handy will be needed.
Took some foot work but accomplished. Follow directions and listen.
I give them 100 stars not 5
One of my tasks was to obtain all of my medical record which seemed to take forever! There were 4 or 5 I was having a problem with and it was very close to my hearing date. I was stressing out that I wouldn’t have them in time but I mentioned it to Mr. Fahey’s assistant Martha and she took charge, called them and had them all within a matter of hours!! Thank you again Martha!!
A few days before my hearing Mr. Fahey and I met to go over everything so I would be prepared. He took his time explaining everything, to make sure I understood what would happen. I was very prepared and we ended up getting a favorable decision that day!!
Craig, Thank you and your team for your time and dedication to my case and for seeing me as a person.
I have Multiple Sclerosis and for the past few years it has been advancing rapidly. One of the issues with MS happens to be memory problems. I am very forgetful at times. Regardless of which attorney you chose, as a client there are small tasks you have to do, none of it is difficult or overly time consuming but it needs to be done. Signing forms, helping their office in obtaining medical records, those kinds of tasks. When Mr. Fahey or Martha would ask me to do some minor paperwork issue I would fully agree to do it and then... I would forget. Or I would sign a form in the wrong place. I have NO doubt that I was an annoying client. While it was certainly not intentional on my part, it was still a reality. Of all the times Mr. Fahey or Martha would ask me if I completed a given task my response was along the lines of, "I don't know," or "I forget." That had to be frustrating for them and as annoying as I probably was Mr. Fahey and Martha never showed frustration, anger, etc. They could not have been nicer and more kind to me.
Another issue I love about this office is that it is not run as a typical disability firm. There are not 10+ legal assistants that do all the work and you literally meet your own attorney the day before, or the day of, your hearing. Mr. Fahey's office is an exact opposite of that type of business. Craig is hands-on, he handles each case personally. I had the option to email him personally or Martha, or I could call either one of them.
Yet another example, Craig knew I was apprehensive about the hearing. My professional background was in medicine, not law. I knew nothing about how this all works and that left me very intimidated about the entire, "hearing, judge, court" process. He called me on Sunday, his time off, to go over everything for the following day. He wanted to explain (again) how it works, where to go, where to sign in, what to expect, pretty much every detail of what to expect during the time with the judge. Obviously, that allowed me to chill out a bit and my anxiety deceased a great deal due to the time he extended on a Sunday. Fear is mostly the unknown, take away the "unknown" and you take away the fear.
I did win my case 4/8/19 and I am 100% positive that without Craig Fahey, I would not stand a chance on my own.
My advice to anyone going through this process--
~Don't pick a law firm that has a ton of legal assistants that do all the work and you meet your attorney the day of the hearing. You are hiring a lawyer here, not a legal assistant. I am not knocking legal assistants in the least, Craig Fahey has Martha and I adore Martha. In the end he still handled the case. He is there every step of the way and you are going to be charged the same fee if you go through a firm where legal assistants do everything except going before the judge, or if the attorney is handling your case.
~Be an open book, tell your attorney everything. If you are giving information he does not need or does not apply, he will tell you. But let him decide if he wants "X" information. Just be totally honest.
~Most important, if you want to win your case, hire Craig Fahey. When I was being denied by SSA for a legit case I knew I was out of my league. I needed a lawyer. I did call around and to be honest I wasn't fully sure of what I was looking for. I have worked all my life, I have never applied for any sort of help or assistance before. The entire process was totally foreign to me. But Mr. Fahey spent time with me, he explained what he would do for me, what the fees would be, and since I had "zero" experience in how to find a great lawyer I had to go with logic and a gut feeling and it paid off. Today I would have more ability to find a great lawyer since I have been through the process, I learned a tremendous amount of information about the system, and I did win. In looking back, I absolutely made the best decision by going with this firm.
I highly recommend using Craig for any claim you have. He will get you approved!
Thank you Craig and Martha for giving me piece of mind and an income again.
