I spent $4,000 last fall for Damian Nassiri to set up my business. When you sit with Mr. Nassiri he basically goes over all the legal framework for your business among other things. I also needed to organize a binder for my business and Damian stated that if I needed help organizing it at a later time, that I could come in and either him or one of his staff could help me out at no additional charge.

Last week, I called Mr. Nassiri various times and he did not return my phone calls or voice message. I finally had to physically drive to his office and leave him a hand-written note to please call me. What does Damian do? In unprofessional fashion, instead of returning my phone call like an adult professional, he basically shoots me a text like some teenager indicating what his “follow up” consultation fees are without even giving me a chance to discuss what I needed assistance with.

Unfortunately, Mr. Nassiri is one of those attorneys that seems to want to get PAID and gives little care or attention to customer service. I even texted him back telling him that I was disappointed with his lack of customer service and he had no response. Imagine that for a moment… This is HIS business and he doesn’t even CARE about what his PAYING customer’s concerns are.

If I were to run any one of my businesses like Damian does, I would be looking for a new job by now.

One more bit of advice: In hindsight, I regret going to Damian Nassiri because he does ZERO litigation and it’s in your best interest to hire an attorney who is also an experienced litigator so that he/she understands how the court thinks and reacts to cases. Not just an attorney who essentially cuts & pastes a business set-up.

All around a wonderful experience working with Damian Nassiri. The process was stress free and Damian was professional and insightful. He provided the information I need and my rights and responsibilities. I could sense the care and attention being given to me based on the follow-ups and updates I was given. I highly recommended him for your legal needs.
