Just a few weeks prior to the deadline for filing suit, I was told that the firm would take on my Mother's case. Within hours they reversed their decision.
Today I went to pick up the records for another law firm to review. The 2000 pages of records were in complete disarray with hundreds of pages missing. Amon at the front desk insisted all the records were there (which falsehood he fabricated just to get me out of the office.) I asked to be able to sit down in the conference room to take inventory, but he refused. So I sat in the lobby going through 2000 pages of records to determine how many pages were missing. Mr. Moran came out and began hurling personal insults at me about very confidential information I had disclosed when I was guaranteed confidentiality. "Now I know why you are in the position in life that you are in!" he loudly proclaimed in a mocking and belittling manner loud enough for the entire office to hear. (I have a permanent disabilty caused by an explosive injury while performing military service overseas, which was aggravated by years of being a doctor practicing Emergency Medicine, for which I was granted a 100% service-connected disability status with benefits. Most people wouldn't dare to denigrate a disabled veteran and first responder with a recent death in the family, but Mr. Moran "went there" repeatedly with cruel vigor and enthusiasm. Actually, Mr. Moran, I have never been in a better position in my life! I don't need money! I have plenty of money and I am quite happy! I am simply acting on behalf of my father who has dementia, and who lost his wife and caregiver when Mom died, and now, with his caregiver gone, needs more money than he receives for his dementia care!)
Shortly thereafter hundreds of pages of missing records were "found in a back office," but Mr. Moran continued with his inflammatory insults, lecturing me about "what a great lawyer" he is!
Two stars instead of one because the associate lawyers were appropriate and professional.
Update: Just after I completed this review I got a self-serving and arrogant email from Attorney Feldman faulting and criticizing me for the delays, in an obvious attempt to avoid a legal malpractice claim, including an unfortunate reference to my travel after my Mother's unexpected and devastating death. (Those of you who have experienced inconsolable grief will understand the need to get away to deal with such a devastating loss.)
Back to only one star! Obnoxious arrogant self-serving rude jerks work at Moran Law...it seems to be an office-wide problem.
Thank you Mr Moran.

Lisa also possesses an equal passion to holding accountable those that are responsible for injuring the defenseless. She has a well-informed and discerning knowledge of the law and procedure. Lisa worked tirelessly on my behalf, and her attention to detail is second to none.
Together, their “styles” may be somewhat different, but they complement each other. That difference works, and makes them a truly great team.
My case was handled, from beginning to end, with the utmost care and professionalism. Lisa always maintained contact and provided me with regular updates as to the status of my case, which I greatly appreciated. I am completely satisfied with their performance, and will be forever grateful to them for obtaining justice for my beloved mother.
I wholeheartedly recommend Moran Elder Law to anyone seeking justice in this area of the law.
Moran Elder Law may be considered a small, “boutique” firm, but their presence in the practice of law is mighty.
Thank you to your whole Law Firm.
