Yanez and associates were court appointed to represent my children during child custody proceedings. Mrs Shary, one of the associates, made the children feel at ease during the interview, and really listened to them. At the hearing, she was extremely fair, did her due diligence in familiarizing herself with the case and past issues, and made the children's wishes known to the judge. After over 5 years of battling in court, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommended!

OMG I would never have enough words to describe Iraida Oliva’s awesome service, this woman is an Angel sent from above, it’s like she is meant to help dudes like me who are dumb when it comes to the court thang . Avoid at all cost! Literally!!! They will take your money and you get nothing in return. They will not be on your side and will go whichever way the money flows. They do not support you as a client either, so do not be fooled. The retainers fees are a joke as they eat them up, and all you have to show for it is stacks of worthless paperwork.

I had made an appointment two weeks prior since Bettina was out of the office, I called one and a half hour prior to my appointment to confirm since I had a 30 mile drive and I had to leave my business, they confirmed the appointment and I drove over, I got there, they had me fill out a form, 5 minutes later, another attorney came out greeted me and told me that Battina was not available today she was in court.... I fumed of course because this was total disrespect to clients time, I am not sure what makes doctors and attorneys think that their time is more valuable than clients, on my way back, Battina called me to apologize stating that her office screws up sometimes and they should have known better...well if an attorney relies on such unreliable staff, it makes me wonder what other mistakes this staff would make when submitting important documents to the court which can make or break your case and then she would blame it on the staff and it becomes okay. Obviously this attorney is not hands on and office staff is totally unreliable.
I had my hopes up for hiring this attorney after reading reviews, but I was extremely disappointed, this is certainly not someone I would trust with a complicated and extremely serious divorce.

I work in a law office myself and I know first hand how busy she must be. That said, she took a considerable amount of time to discuss my child support case and what the best avenue would be to proceed. Because my situation is a little different from regular support collection procedures, she informed me that she was not familiar with what to do, and that she would not charge me to "learn'. I went to her on July requesting some help from her for my divorce, child custody and child support. I asked her if I could work payments with her she agree to it. Its been almost 6 months and I almost close to paying my whole amount and she hasn't resolve anything for me. I have hired 2 other attorney's in Orange County in the past and Betina was the first attorney that was not a push over and was all about me and understanding my needs.
