I found Gomez & Simone by doing a search in the internet. My husband and I bought a townhouse last year that had structural damages that we were not aware of at time of inspection. The main bean, 17 ft long, that supports the second story was cracked and needed to be replaced. All the parties involved with building of the house and previous owner did not want to take responsibility to fix the bean, the bean was discovered to be damaged the day we moved in. Me and my brother unfortunately lost both of our parents within a year.We were left with the inheritance of their home. I found Gomez & Simone by accident. I live in San Diego area and have been in a dispute with my mortgage company going on 18 months. The week I found them they had less than three days to file a TRO at the San Diego Courthouse to stop the mortgage company from selling my property!

Stuart dropped everything and with his staff Ellie and Barbie were able to go before the judge in San Diego County and get the TRO with all the facts they presented.

This has been a very stressful time and what I have learned that is even with GREAT Lawyers there is a fine line to getting the mortgage companies to work with an individual. I can't believe I am saying this but thank God for laywers. I would be so lost in this situation as I don't u/stnd most of this. IT is almost over and I will have my house and a new loan and 2016 will be great and this will be in the tail lights! These guys u/stnd the mortgage companies. Trust them to help you.
