Was absolutely no help to me. Every time I would call they would hang up on me.

The women who answered the phone was very rude from the start I had to explain dates to her more then once when i tried to correct her on the dates she hung up on me. What type of service is that attitude of gratitude teach your employees that.

An institution worth its weight in gold. Drop any preconceived pompas notions of how a law firm is (what you learned on tv) and open your mind to diversity and inclusion. So welcoming I did not even fathom that such a historically important and present day juggernaut was taking the time to host ME. P.S. I think the nice guy who guided me is a pretty big deal⚖️ Whatever your need I think #smartlaw can aid in getting you the best outcome!

I called on 07/09/11 @ 9:30 and asked for a referral to a Civil Rights Attorney. The lady that answered said they don’t have listings of Civil Rights Attorneys.

I was referred here and asked for a copyright lawyer. The woman was very dismissive when she said they didn't have one, and just straight up hung up on me. Terrible service
