The Cal Bar agreed "my" attorney made mistakes, but refused to discipline him; costing me $16,000.! Lawyers working for & Protecting Lawyers.

Their phone system is erroneous and out of order when I try to report this to them they argued like immature little brat ignored my questions and said they have nothing to do with that and they transfer you without even giving you a chance to speak these people don't deserve jobs these people deserve an audit from the federal government to be shut down by the justice department if they can't comply with basic duties

The agency has spent several years reforming itself and focusing on its regulatory mission. This is not a bar association, it's a regulatory agency. It gets its funding from attorney licensing fees, much of which goes to cover the cost of discipline.

In California, if you are an attorney you can lie, bully, assault and steal an inheritance that you aren’t even mentioned in. Ask William C. Horan how he did it with all of his other white collar crime. And there is no one to investigate. Forming criminals everyday.

They simply disregard your complaint the first time. Then even when facts and evidence are clear they still do nothing. They don't return calls or emails. Attorneys laugh in your face when you say they are unethical or doing wrong things because they know the bar will do nothing.

An attorney stole a 5 million dollar inheritance of his niece by abuse, fraud, assault, coertion, and then lying in court by hiring 3 other attorneys to help him with this horrible crime. He never should have taken the documents. And the state bar did absolutely nothing. i guess the initials JD stand for Just Deplorable!

Corruption and Fraud! When you have evidence that lawyers and insurance companies are teaming up against you but can’t do anything about it. Welcome to California the Blue State! Next year...mark my words...”the State of California will be Red!”

There may be no other institution in meltdown California more corrupt than the Bar. It exists only to: protect lawyers from their victims; generate phony "investigations" to protect their criminal colleagues; and to make sure there will never be any real oversight of this ethically depraved and parasitic sector!

They have stopped sending bar cards! We pay them all of this money and they ask you to "print out" a lousy paper bar card. So unprofessional!

Myself and others had warned, multiple times, Ann Kim/State Bar of Atty. Bonnie Zeldin Rosen's legal abuse and fraud of abuse victims in OC Family Court. We warned it was only a matter of time until an abuse victim died as Atty. Bonnie Zeldin Rosen escalates the abuse purposely. I'm crushed, I tried to stop it and it has now happened.

These positive reviews (Joanna Mendoza, Kenneth Gaxiola Vicuna, etc.) appear to be from paid/fake reviewers. My understanding is, that it is illegal false advertising in California to post paid/fake reviews without disclosing that they are advertisements. That would be worrying behavior from a bar organization, if confirmed.

This so called bar association is a joke! All they have a voice mail that refers you to the website! People pay these enormous amounts of money to handle their case and then you sit in court for 4 hours, just to find out your attorney sent in another attorney to postpone the case, and never let you know. It’s disgusting the way the bar lets these attorney steal from the public!! wish I could give a lower star! My advice, be your own attorney, you won’t be wasting your money, and you won’t have to use this useless calbar!

California State Bar does a horrible job of regulations and investigations. They permit coercion, obstruction of justice and of course white collard crime corruption. Independent attorneys and entities are usually back by fraud and abuse, with major support from the government. Their licensed attorney's will usually sale you out for a bribe or bonus from a major corporation or entity. They're professional ethics are in question amongst their inhouse investigations. These attorneys do anything they want. This affiliation will likely disregard your complaint because the whole legal system is rigged. Especially contracted firms that work for LA County entities; they can't be trusted. Illuminati affiliation at it's best, yet worst public image being entrusted.

They only exisit to protect corrupt attorneys. Working class citizens are unable to find affordable or quality legal representation. Lawyers charge as much as 40% - 60% fee to take a case on contingency.

I used the states attorney search network for $36,000 wage claim and all the attorneys say my claim is to small.

None of the attorneys in their "network" meet you in person. You do a phone interview with a paralegal. Then you wait all day for a callback; the majority didn't call back.

They refer you to attorneys 15 - 20 miles away from your home address.

The California Bar Association is a collection of Dump Trucks. It's an embarrassment.

Once you go to court you realize that lawyers are part of a gang. Law in America is not about justice but money and greed. Lawyer can commit crimes and violate your rights just as long as they do it within the court system which is immune to normal law. Police never want to get involved with anything within a court even if it involves murder, elder abuse, perjury and crime. It's a broken system that you must see in action to believe how broken it is.

When you think of the illuminati ruling the upper echelons of society the mind conjures images of a place utterly bereft of human dignity and compassion, cold and dark, filled with willing virgins primed and ready to be sacrificed on the alter of human suffering. And while I had not ventured that deeply into the bowels of the California State Bar, Los Angeles office, I ventured far enough to know that this is indeed that place.

I reported a few attorneys to the California State Bar, attorneys so evil they make Ted Bundy look like a Boy Scout. Attorneys who had engaged in criminal acts against many, many people. Attorneys with pentagrams carved into their chests. According to the State Bar, run by Kamala Harris, the state Attorney General who claims she will be the next senator of California, attorneys are simply no longer prosecuted, even if they kill people, rob them, molest their children, embezzle millions and try to sell their clients' kidneys on the black market, even if those kidneys are still inSIDE the client!

The California State Bar needs to be investigated by the feds and the attorney general, Kamala Harris, needs to be held accountable. Racketeering is not an asset that should ever be seen on an attorneys resume, crime lord, mass murderer and facilitator of black ops terrorism on small third world countries, helping to fund home grown terrorism and militarizing americans, also something a license should get yanked for at the minimum!

I am very upset at the fact that you, prosecuting state attorney and the state bar association; judge Pat McElroy made public information wrong and not factual in a case against one Marc Guillory; Ex Assistant Prosecutor of San Francisco. I am the mother of the cousin referred to as being killed because Marc Guillory pleaded to reckless driving. Evidently you must not have had enough evidence on him to deal with the present issue. This has caused pain with myself, daughter and family. How rude and non- caring about the people involved in this 1999 case. And per the case. Marc Guillory did not cause the accident nor was blamed for it. As stated in your allegded statement in court and the San Francisco Chronicle Newspapers was a awarded a settlement against the bus company that did not follow California DMV rules or the rules of the road, and having an illegal driver for the bus company involved. How inconsiderate of Pat McElroy to make public something and change what the findings in this case was. Please believe if Marc Guillory as the cause of my son's death, he would not have finished law school and been prosecuted to the fulliest of the law of the state of California. Now your making public something that happened in 1999 and not making it the facts as per the case has caused a painful situation with my daughter, myself and other family members. I am appaulled at how this was stated, why it was made public like it was and not being the being truth with the right facts. .This is upsetting to me and my family and opens wounds and hurts that we finally had come to grief grips with at our lost. I feel very strongly about this situation and how it was blatantly put out wrong to make it seem like Marc Guillory was the cause of the accident that caused my only son to pass away. That is not the documented or verbal fact. This whole matter with it's allegded underlying agenda shall be dealt with legally. My privacy of my lost after 15 years has been brought to the publics attention in a very bias untrue fashion.

Sadly Submitted
