Extremely disappointed with the receptionist I spoke with today, very rude and kept cutting me off. I Was following up in regards to me speaking to the nice receptionist on Monday afternoon however since it was hard for her to hear me I want to call back and clear up and follow up with what I was speaking about then. Instead I got rushed off the phone as if I was an inconvenience and Told, well look there’s nothing I can do for you!

Update: To Karl. . I have the right law firm, I contacted it on multiple occasions. And even in your previous responses, and in other reviews it says “receptionist” or as you referred to one as a “call screener”, in your previous responses, nothing “alleged”. I’ve yet to speak to an actual attorney. And Your front line or people we contact directly before speaking to an attorney represent you as a whole. Id be happy to remove if changed.

Did the job well. Recovered everything then more.

I cannot say enough good things about the lawyers and their case helpers. Great results against my employer. They took depositions of the m anagers in Riverside, the people I worked with in Bakersfield and the boneheads who fired me in L.A. All their dime. The work paid off!

Proud to have been represented by a law firm that does not take marginal cases that give the filing of lawsuits a bad name. I feel sorry for those people who want to rip a new one to this law firm for not wanting to talk to them about a not case or making them file a not case. Law firms that get people to file not cases are doing a dis-service. What did this place do for me/? Fantastic legal services. A big money recovery. You go figure.

I called this place for a consultation. Lawyer I spoke with didn't even introduce himself by name. Didn't let me give all the details of the case, just told me he didn't think I had a good case. He seemed to want to get off the phone really badly after that. In a word..rude... Do not do business with these people, unless you have some sort of a need to be treated like worthless garbage.

Did much better then my first lawyer who told me I did not have a case.

My husband called to this office and after he explained his case the receptionist told him they can't help him at this time. I saw the reviews before call them thinking the bad reviews were not true, but yes it is true.

Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Says that there is no case, without speaking to a lawyer. Really needs to work on a more professional approach when answering calls and speaking with potential clients.

Help! I need legal advise. Not sure if I have a case or not, I might be getting fired, wrongfully. I live onsite at the same property where I work, therefore I might lose my home as well. I've been under immense stress and pressure from my manager and regional Supervisor the last few months. Now I might be getting fired for an incident that occurred on my property. (mind you, there was nothing I could do to stop what was happening, other than what had already been done, which was call the fire department, I didn't start the fire, the resident did) but I know that now I'm being used as a scapegoat for what happened. I haven't had any experience with this firm, yet, but I will be very soon because reading reading the response to fraudulent reviews and how passionate his words were for those seeking help. I feel and think that if you (and myself) are looking for lawyer and this field, his sense of morality will be better in our (all together now) favor, versus those who only look to profit themselves.
Indeed, I may be out of line for all of this, but the way he defended his firm makes me feel inclined to gravitate in his direction

Amazing team! Professional and understanding. I would recommend working with this group if you have a situation where you need to sue your Employer. They have been doing this a long time in CA, and really know what they are doing. If you really have a case....I'd talk to this group!

Spoke to someone named Izuba. Just to inquire and she was SO RUDE !!! Couldn't believe it. Wouldn't ever call here for any reason.
