They're the best! Two months ago I was rear-ended, while sitting at a red light, by a U-Haul truck (the ones you rent by the hour). On 3/14/19 6 days ago I asked for help Erica sent me a retainer to read over, I couldn't open it on my cell and had to wait until I got home I told her this BUT by the time I got home she revoked it. Now as of today told me she can't resend it. My puzzling thought is she hadn't nor anyone else reviewed any documents related to my claim AT ALL and demanded I sign a document without adequate consultation not just over the phone details. And I don't feel I was allowed time to review the retainer agreement in it's entirety now had it been 24hrs or more I can understand not a few hours out of a day basically her shift.
I called twice this day and was denied the retainer told she couldn't resend it. I even called the Beverly Hills office thinking maybe it was just the DTLA office. No it's just her. After leaving this review she calls offering the retainer and any help. Why would I accept after being brushed off TWICE. 3 times technically. NO THANKS. I'm with another more concerned company. And as of 3/20/19 calls and asks me to remove or revise my review. Really??? I will not remove my review but I did revise it, maybe the next a potential client seeks aid from your firm you'll be more considerate and courteous toward and injured stressed individual behind an insurance claim instead of appearing greedy and arrogant like if you don't sign with us screw you. And by the way stop contacting me.

I was in an uber on my way to class at USC when the car was tboned by an older woman that ran a stop sign. After I gave a long detailed explanation of a violent fall down a flight of stairs, they transferred me to one their lawyers. I was immediately told we only do auto collision. Their website is misleading as being “personal injury” law firm. Just ambulance chasers of car accidents should be their title on their website.
