Katherine Edsall is fantastic. She completely knows her stuff plus she's kind and easy to talk with. Merci has also been wonderful. I would highly recommend.

David Edsall repesented my mother but did things behind her back that were totally unethical. When the time came that she needed his represention and his actions would come under a microscope he sent a letter stating he no longer represented her. My mothers new husband has so far been ordered to return over $130,000 in just one year of stolen money to the trust. This was all taken without my mother knowing durring a time that David represented her. I know the husband has stolen closer to 1 million over the last 5 years. The husband has claimed in writing that this was all with David Edsall's first hand knowledge of it. I can tell you that David lied to me directly. He told me I was under investigation by the police. He stated that they were willing to look the other way if I signed a document he had prepared. Knowing my innocence I welcomed the investigation. After reviewing this document I realized it would have forfieted all of my rights as benificiary to my father's trust freeing the trustee from any and all actions with no accountancy. The Sheriffs Department spoiled his plans when they explained no such deal or investigation existed. There are many more underhanded things he has done to my family. In the end he even left her high and dry only to protect himself. This was all while giving no thought to the long lasting consequences of his tactics. He has created wedges in my family that will never be healed, while claiming it was the best interest of his client with whom he never even shared his actions with. He did this all without ever even asking his clients wishes. I have learned a lot over the last w years about our legal system. One thing I learned is that I can do very little to get justice for my family. I cant ever bridge the division between my brother and I. I can ask you one thing:of you: take care of your family . When you decide that you must have an attorney pick one with respect for family. And click "Next" if you find one that is part of the problem we are all facing now. IT IS THE ONLY WAY FOR SOME OF US TO SEEK JUSTICE IN A SYSTEM WE ALL NEED THESE LAWYERS FOR.
