Wow, these guys are so knowledgeable. I have this demon tenant on the property, and I got so much info, WAY more than the city could provide. If I do need to proceed with legal services I don't mind the prices, it's worth it. Just the info alone over the phone was priceless! Don't call the sheriff, call here!
