Wow! I am not the only person making a complaint against their unprofessional secretary. After reading the most unprofessional reply from the firm’s employees due to a bad review on Google Review, a complaint against their secretary, I highly suggest never to do business with this law firm. They are unprofessional!
1. The firm’s Google Review statement was unprofessional and inappropriate. 2. The firm’s inability to handle a complaint about an employee is unprofessional. 3. The secretary is unprofessional. 4. An interrogation by the secretary is invasive, impolite, and unprofessional. 5. The secretary is not a practicing legal attorney and cannot make any kind of judgements of the law; she is not an informed source. Period! 6. My questions were very specific regarding my legal rights! 7. The secretary still did not provide customer service when she didn’t know the answer to specific legal topic. 8. Customer service and customer experience is still a priority in the United States.
Do not do business with an uniformed and impolite source — including a legal law firm.

Highest standards. They did me good. Best regards to these lawyers.
I never done anything like this before like hiring a lawyer. My aunt in Oxnard found them. Karl Gerber made me feel comfortable. Not like a stuck up lawyer.

I have worked with the firm since as a fellow labor lawyer and consider Mr. Gerber a leader in the field. I wish them success in their Oxnard operations.

Had a great lawyer who represent me and was every step of the way, helping and explaining everything.

The Secretary was a complete idiot!! How can you say your office is a harassment/work related office....if you pick and choose your clients....especially before they heard the whole story!
