Horrible experience, she could not communicate with me. She was supposed to go with me to my citizenship appointment and she never showed up, she had some of the documents I needed to take. When I called her she said sorry, she tought we had the appointment later. That could of cost me my citizenship

I was very disappointed with Norma Islas. I called her office staff and gave them detailed information about my case. They promised Ms. Islas would call me back. She did not, and I called back every day for a week. Every day, they promised she would call me back, but she still hasn't. My case was urgent and we lost precious time because of her failure to either follow up or communicate her unavailability.

I will note that throughout this time, her office staff were courteous and attentive. Nonetheless, Norma Islas's office failed to deliver on the most basic of services.
