Straight to the point, thorough, fast. His receptionist is very knowledgeable, answers in timely manner when called, eager to help with any questions and very good with customer service skills!

The office looks like an abandoned building

This guy is a monotone robot in court and has vioated the rights of thousands of citizens. He's an absolute joke. Wonder how he would feel on the other end of a law suit for a violation of rights? After all, a state employee can in fact be sued if he or she is found to be acting outside the color of law. :)

Kevin Hemphill was an amazing lawyer! He actually did work unlike most lawyers who charge you 200 dollars an hour and 40 bucks for 5 minutes on the phone....he did lots of leg work and research and was my mouth in court ..id never go through the state they don't fight for you....Hemphill faught for me and even won my case! And the case that i had was very difficult and also his first and even got the judge to throw it out! Id reccomend anybody to kevin weither its child custody, child support, divorce, or parental right termination..hes the one to go with...

The business is very unprofessional in court. They don't handle proper presentation in court yet they are suppose to help get child support for you. Very unorganized especially when you try to reach someone in the office pertaining to any concerns or questions about your case. You would be better off hiring a lawyer & get all of your money rather then deal with Hemphill & Assoc. Thru the state.
