Everything would have been great if I didn't receive $800+ in court fines on top of their attorney fees. Plus I was assigned driving school so what did they really do? Don't think they put much effort into representing me and it shows. Won't use them again. To everyone who gave 5 stars and were happy with their service, congrats. Wish I could feel the same. This firm is a poor mans morgan & morgan. super money hungry and don't really have the clients best interest in mind when representing.

Easy to work with. I had a minor traffic infraction (cited for speeding) that they were able to walk me through over the phone, they presented my options clearly, and allowed me to agree on my course of action and submit payment over the phone. I didn't even need to take time off and go to my court date as they represented me throughout the process. They gave me updates promptly, and answered any questions I had in English (not in legal talk). It was a great experience overall.

This was the easiest, best experience with the judicial system i've ever had. Thank you Dale Carson Law. Seriously, i called, they walked me through the options, took time to explain everything, answered all my questions, took care of my issue, and were prompt and responsive. Hopefully won't need their services again but if i do, totally worth the money.

IF YOU HAVE A CDL LICENSE and drive for a living you know you are always one accident away from losing your career and way of life. It’s not a question of if it’s going to happen, it’s when it’s going to happen. It happened to me May 31, 2018. I had a police officer that did not witness the accident and wrote a crash report that was completely in accurate. I support our men in blue but for the first time in my life I was going to trial as an innocent man, about to be convicted of something that didn’t happen the way it was going to be told to the courts. When I showed up for my court date the judge said, I could only tell her three things guilty, not guilty or go to trial. I was shocked because I have never been in a court room for a CDL offense. Of course I told her I want a trial. Thankfully, I found Dale Carson law. I contacted them as soon as I left the courthouse and they told me they could see me right away. Carson law staff is outstanding they made me feel at home and told me that Chris Carson was with client and would be with me in just a moment. I met Chris Carson. He knows the Florida CDL handbook from front to back. Chris is very upfront and honest, almost a bit cocky but I see now that comes from all of the success he has had as a attorney. He told me a case can always go either way but he feels confident that he would not only get the points dropped, he would get the case dismissed completely. I provided Chris with a few photographs I had taken of the accident and he took it all from there. On trial day, of course I was worried and nervous but not Chris he did just as he said he would and got my case dismissed. Dale Carson Law was called do to a ticket I received. I hired them because they said they would get my ticket dismissed but instead they didn’t do anything I couldn’t do for myself. If you go to court and offer to pay the ticket and simply ask the judge for no points they will majority of the time get rid of the points on your record. Do not hire Dale Carson just go and be polite to the judge save yourself the money of having them to do nothing. Only gave them one star because I couldn’t go less don’t trust a law firm that can’t even handle a traffic ticket.

I received 2 speeding citations barely 30 days apart on the same road. I set a hearing date set for 1:30 in the afternoon which I showed up for to contest it since there was no visible speed limit sign on the road. I figured could try convince the Judge it was unjust. I waited some time there but it got to where I had to inform the Baliff my children were getting out of school and I had to be at the house for them. His response was " it's your choice ma'am if you want your license suspended" I was lost and didn't know where to start on the mess I was in... I recalled I gotten a flyer in the mail from Carson law firm.. I located it and called them up explaining the whole situation.

They were very informative on what I could expect and what my options were. I had to get the hearing date re set and was told it'll all be taken care of.

A month later I received the results that even with both of those citations there would be NO points added to my license and no driving classes! I think that's a divine miracle I'm beyond grateful for. They even advised me over the phone what to do about an additional red light camera ticket received in the mail ( when it rains it pours)

After having Dale Carson Law represent me, I was left with NO POINTS and a court fine, (which is MINUSCULE compared to what I would've been paying in insurance costs because of those points). They appeared in court on my behalf, I didn't even have to call out of work. I cannot recommend them enough, the interview was not only quick and honest, but it was extremely informational. Great experience! Fast, professional and reasonably priced service. My husband got a speeding ticket, so in the mail we received a letter from Dale Carson Law stating they will fight on your behalf so you don't get any points on your license. We gave them a try and couldn't be happier. I called Dale Carson law paid the fee and a month later received a call and letter explaining that my husband would not receive any points on his license or have to do driving school and all we had to pay was the court fees. We will recommend to our friends and use them again in the future if the need arises.

I've always been apprehensive when it comes to hiring a lawyer. Figured it would be ridiculously expensive and lots of trouble. But I was definitely mistaken. If you need someone in your corner these are the guys you want fighting for you. Sam was my lawyer and she was fantastic!!! She worked with me, actually cared about my problem, and didn't just see me as another client. My license was suspended and was at risk for being forced to get an sr22 and 2 misdemeanors to top it all off. Today all charges dropped and I can drive again. EXCELLENT traffic lawyers. I heard about Dale Carson Law through an ad I received in the mail. I had just received a ~$300 speeding ticket (no injury) and had to get two extensions because I lived in Tennessee, in Florida visiting. I called them immediately and was given a very detailed explanation of the process and the cost. Communication was very thorough and the case was taken care of at a much cheaper cost than paying the stupid ticket, & NO POINTS ASSESSED! I have paid traffic tickets by mail . I have taken driver education classes in order to avoid points being assessed to my license. I have even voluntarily attended court to work on a better deal than the original ticket. I am hear to tell you from the voice of experience, calling Dale Carson Law to handle my ticket was by far the best thing that I ever did when it comes to taking care of a traffic violation! They make it so painless They take care of all the leg work including going to court for you. I can't recommend them enough. They do look at your recent driving record so that does influence the outcome I'm told. I ended up with no points on my license with a total cost less than my original ticket.

I was dealing with some very scary legal issues when , and I truly feel this way , they came to my rescue . With all the stress I was at my wits end. I had a lawyer but things weren't going so great for me , when a friend introduced me to Dale Carson law. After a few minutes of speaking with them, I could see the difference in abilities .
