Very condescending and generally unfriendly. It was a five-minute conversation, in which time the lawyer I spoke to talked very fast and tried to rush me off the phone. I asked one or two basic questions pertaining to my issue, and I was told if you would just be quiet and listen I'm trying to explain everything to you ( rudely ) but since you can't listen I think you should just find another attorney. Didn't even give me time to ask questions or explain myself talked really fast cut me off in the middle of sentences and then hung up on me.( great place )

They were great when I sold my house! I had questions a couple years later about assuming a mortgage. The attorney called me back with all the information I needed. I highly recommend them and that says alot. I dont usually recommend any attorney! I've had many disappoinrments with attorneys in the past but never from this group! Thank you guys!!

I had never closed with this company before but they went above and beyond for me and my clients. They are professional, knowledgeable, and just all around easy to work with. Cannot wait to close again with them!

They are bad. It takes them a minimum of one week for one title research. I lost a great opportunity because of the long turnaround. I thought it was a norm, but found out that you can get a fastener turn round then a week. They will not but your interest at heart. I made a mistake of giving them a second chance. I currently have to scramble to get the same day title research turnaround. If you wish for a prompted title research, be prepared for a disappointment. Do not depend on them. My recommendation is to find another company even if it cost a little bit more. They might cost you an opportunity of a lifetime.

In response to the owner reply: If you really read my comment, "I thought it was a norm". And for the record, I missed a great opportunity on my first request because I had to wait for your firm and the second request, I reply a week in advance. For an attorney you suck!! There is a lack of communication within your firm. No one knew what was going on, there was no pointed backup person. Your firm can't even own up to from their mistake. Such an untruthful firm. My recommendation will be Landmark Title, Heekin Law. Their turn around time is one day. At Landmark Title you can personally speak to the title attorney who is willing to work with you on your title research. Not like Bernard & Schemer, P.A. Attorneys At Law, you will get only emails and they try to convince you that you in the wrong.
