My father was a client of John Crawford's for 15 years. The day after he died, I sent an email to Mr. Crawford to let him know; I never received any response from him at all; not even a "sorry for your loss." Dealing with his office was a nightmare; my brother and I got absolutely no attention until we were forced to demand that our calls be returned. They dragged out the paperwork even though we told them that my brother was waiting to return to his job out of the country. When I wrote directly to John Crawford, his response was "I was not aware there was a rush". An absolutely terrible experience. And of course we received a ridiculous bill for the little service that was received.
