Long story short, I was in a car accident. Needed an atty. Hired one of the big name firms in town. Became a number to them. Never met with atty. Calls weren’t returned. The whole process was terrible. Parted ways with them and hired Roden Law as I still needed representation. Here’s what you need to know if you’re trying to make a decision.
Lawsuits take time. It’s important to like and trust the people that are fighting for you. It’s important to have faith that they are basing decisions on what’s best for you, not what’s best for them or what puts money in their pocket the fastest. It’s important to be treated like a person, not a number, it’s a long process and you need to like the people at the firm you choose. It’s important to feel comfortable telling your attorney extremely personal things. It’s important to know they have your back no matter what and that they’ll fight for you and your family. Roden Law embodies all of that.
After three years, they just wrapped up my case and I can honestly say that I’ll miss popping into the office on occasion to say hello. Every time I walked in or called I was immediately greeted by Charisma. She was always prepared, always greeted everyone with a smile, was quick to make sure I was comfortable, and she always asked about my family.
My numerous interactions with Jensen were always perfectly executed. From reminders of case events coming up, help with paperwork, getting documents together or organized, Jensen was always on the ball, and the work product was always done, and done right the first time.
As for my atty, Allison Marani, I can’t say enough good things about her. If you find you need an atty, she’s as sharp as they come, without the ego. If she’s unsure of something (which is rare) she finds out, and she’s not afraid to take the case where it needs to go. As a side note, after meeting with her, as well as Eric Roden in our first meeting, they were willing to help me file a case in small claims court pro bono if I chose. That to me, spoke volumes about their integrity. The people that work at this firm care about their clients and believe in what they’re doing.
