I am an attorney who works all over the State. I hired this firm to cover a hearing. After being assured I would have the transcript within 10 days it took repeated calls, to receive something 35 days after the hearing - when I called to see if they would compensate my client for the unacceptable delay which resulted in weekend billing for attorney's fees to beat the Arbitrator's deadline - I was told sorry "welcome to my world". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need prompt, reliable service and common courtesy to clients call someone else.
