A very smooth transaction.

This was an awful experience. First of all, they sent me papers to sign and notify saying I had received some other forms and that I verify they are all true, but they never sent me the forms! They also had our names completely wrong. So then I got a lawyer involved to deal with them because things did not seem right. Even after that there were errors in almost every form they sent. They wanted to close on the house right before Thanksgiving and wanted us to overnight forms back and they did not send clear instructions on what exactly they needed signed (again they misspelled names and they had the wrong numbers on my forms)
It seems they didn’t know estate law at all and the whole process was very delayed because of their inadequacies.
I’m just glad it’s all done and we don’t have to deal with them again.
