No, I was informed by the Georgia State Bar that your law firm indeed took my case and since I was active duty Military they also informed me that I was going to get either a reduced price or it was going to be pro-bono. However, That is beside the point. I contacted your office and was told by your assistant that. You will give me a call back and "Toni hasn't forgotten about you.". I was also told by your assistant that YOU requested that I send over any documents I had, to which I did. You never answered any of my emails and you never returned any of my phone calls. I called maybe two dozen times and each time your assistant told me "she's in a meeting she'll call you right back." or "she stepped out I'll have her call you when you get back in." in which you never did. Whether it was just a misinterpretation on behalf of The Georgia State Bar, myself, your assistant or yourself. that doesn't excuse your law firms unprofessionalism in the form of giving me the run around FOR MONTHS instead of letting me know that you did not take my case. That is why I rated your firm poorly, not because you didn't take my case
and no, I never got my issue resolved because I wasted valuable time under the impression that your firm took my case

Mr. Gray, I am sorry that you are under the impression that this firm "took your case." We did not. We never represented you pro bono or otherwise. You contacted our office and we, in turn, contacted you. Speaking with an attorney's office seeking representation does not mean that you are, in fact, represented by that attorney. We hope that you were able to get your situation resolved.
