If you are in need of an estate attorney, go anywhere but to Hall Williamson & Hart. My parents used Michael Hall 30 years ago for some legal business. He lost the case. Nothing new for this lawyer. My sister went to him for a divorce & he called her a "dummy." My parents & sister walked out & never used his services again. Michael is the probate court attorney for both Dougherty & Lee County. Possibly it's the only way he can get any work since he's not know for winning cases.
You're better off hiring any other law firm in Georgia. It's not good enough to be your last chance firm. Avoid at all cost.

This man did not give me a chance. He tore into me because he's listening to a alcoholic. I get that he doesn't know me. But he should look closer at the lady who takes care of my brother. Yes she's a retired nurse. Yet she also drinks and acts crazy. He needs to go there in the evenings when shes drunk. Last time I stayed there she would come wake me up 1:00 or 2:00 o'clock in the morning drunk. Not making any sense. I asked her husband about it and he said its the alcohol. Mr Hall shouldn't have attacked me on her tall tales. She reminds me if my brother Rex.

Very nice atmosphere and employees. They made you feel very comfortable and as id you were their only client.
